management declares: the company has written down loans and investments (ASPA and NMGL), total amount of $429.950. What´s the reason? why have they given the money to these firms? Mr.Blom and Mr.Lowenthal are experts for financing and mining. what happened? why have they given the money? is it irrecoverable for the next five years or for eternity? is it only for tax reasons? has NMGL used the money for exploration or what else??

purchase of ASPA shares from NMGL for $265.000:
it´s incredible! there has been easily extractable gold (value about US-$ 50 mil!!!, lower gold price) in the ASPA tailings and our management writes down the investment (to zero!!??) as "irrecoverable". how is this possible? the gold is still there.
