Riddle Revealed:

Gross PROFIT on GGRN made is $7,260 off an original cost of $1,514

In the post I'm referring to, I said:

I just ran into your moniker on another penny. You are oging to make a lot of money on it if you stick with it. I want a position... ...A nice reverse merger there. You'll know the meaning of this riddle when the time is right on this reverse play of my original moniker: "Nice return GreenGenie."

My original moniker is GreenGenie:

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/profilea.aspx?user=215567

I mean, ancestor or my original paternal line is what I meant. "Nice return GreenGenie" in reverse (the reverse play) is GGRN. The first letter of each word in that phrase N-R-G-G but in reverse: GGRN.

I was only able to buy 200,000 shares at .00757. And I sold it all except for 10,000 FREE shares for a gross profit of $7,260.

I made a 2nd part to that riddle as further verification of this riddle in this post. Riddle 1 *in this forum) is the key to Riddle 2, and Riddle 2 confirms the answer to Riddle 1. This post is time-stamped July 6, 2020.

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=156708785

The Great Siegel

They mock what they don't understand. But there is a dark force emerging in a distance land. A filing that occurred over this July 4th weekend, which is a step in removing the skull and crossbones of the RIDDLE for the wise. On the first page are the numbers 8565. And they belong to an address. Where VIRTUAL executive offices are offered. Ha ha ha... In the land of sand. Where the mighty Bugsy Siegel built some the first mighty palace of one-armed bandits before he was shot between the eyes.

That would be this filing on GGRN:

https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/251348/content

The skull and crossbone at OTC on GGRN are still there, but not for much longer. This filing has 8565 at the very top of it. Part of a full address:

8565 S Eastern Ave.
Suite 150
Las Vegas, NV 89123

Here is that same address, verified on this website for VIRTUAL OFFICES in the riddle above:

https://easternexecutivesuites.com/

"In the land of sand" according to the riddle. Las Vegas, Nevada, built in the middle of a desert. In fact, it was started by Bugsy Siegel, gangster of the NY mob, who built the first casino (with one-armed bandit slot machines) and made Las Vegas what it is today. Before he was shot between the eyes. His murderers still unknown to this day. But we have a good idea it was his own people. Dirty rotten $@%stards!

---------------------------------------------------------------

10,000 shares remain in GGRN. Just to see what happens. They issued a PR today of a pretty website:

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/global-green-solutions-inc-ggrn-130000942.html

Thank you very much!

I'm Back

May 21, 2020
11:17 AM ET

Just as I said here in the post I'm referring to: "I would be back in at 25 cents or anything lower ONLY because there is that loan that converts at .25."

I tried for 10,000 at .22. Then somebody rudely put 10,000 bid above my head at .24. RUDE! So, I took all the ask at .2689. In fact, I'm going to put 5000 bid over his head right now. Just to make him bid higher. Rude ##$@!!

NobleRoman NobleRoman 4 years ago
Thank you, Big Brother. That was luck. I have no crystal ball. I would be back in at 25 cents or anything lower ONLY because there is that loan that converts at .25. I want to be those guys. Loan money at high interest rates, and then buy at .25 whenever I want to and sell at market price. Which could be 40 cents. Or 85 cents. Or $5.00. I don't think those deals are fair. I want to be at a price where everybody loses or everybody wins. That being said, it may never see that price and I do believe those guys in the UK are decent people. That doesn't mean they'll succeed but these are good times for selling alcohol. I like them as people and like their green ideas.

I don't believe predatory lendors or lawyers that help along the way. They help themselves.

Golden Cross, I got your email. I can't tell you what it is yet. It's hard for me to get in. I have only 200,000 shares so far. Slowly squeeezing in. I want at least another 200,000, and I have a little lower price for that. I see it coming. There is one guy involved that never fails. He will make money. :)

BTW, Golden Cross, I keep running into your name. I just saw you at the Rave board the other day. I just bought 2,000 shares of that stock before seeing your post too. I bought 2,000 shares at .82. That's interesting that you once thought of buying a Pie 5 franchise. I love their new CEO Solano. He was involved in the Dominoes turnaround as well as others. He knows the pizza business. I like the concept of Pie 5. It's like MOD Pizza to my understanding. So it's not the concept of Pie 5 that's flaweed. It must be operational issues and/or site selection and/or MOD was better navigating a tight labor market with their "Mod Squad", etc. I don't know. I haven't eaten at either one. Just like Solano. I'm going to buy more if it falls or just ride on instant gratification.

BTW, y'all, there is another vodka-selling public startup similar to this one in story. FPWM just released a PR today of their plans. Cannabis infused vodka and other alcohol. This company has plans of cannabis infused vodka as well.

It's easier to get shares here, but I like the physics better at FPWM at this time because the float is so low. That means high spread too. But I think this company is much farther along and I believe in this company's motives and ability to reach their goals more. But as far as stock rewards go, I'm liking the "physics" of FPWM better at this time just because of the alignment of interests right now. Don't have any convertibles yet that have liquidity at their disposal. So I that's a positive AT THIS TIME to me. They'll probably be more PR happy I'm guessing in the next few weeks. But I would come back to this one for a better successs story. But stocks and companies are two different things. These guys here might be great at managing a company but may not be good at creating shareholder value. We shall see... I want everybody to make money. But that's never possible because the stock market is merely a tool for transferring wealth around. Always winners are losers. Unless you jsut stick to an index fund and walk away. But that's no fun. :)

Well done, good timing on that as it's getting dumped today, had a nice run recently though.

Thanks, Golden. The volume has stayed strong here. It's going to be an interesting story.

I just ran into your moniker on another penny. You are oging to make a lot of money on it if you stick with it. I want a position. This one has integrity. The one you are in, and there are many, has a really good con man. A long history of cons, and he is the ultimate long con. I have to get a position there.

A nice reverse merger there. You'll know the meaning of this riddle when the time is right on this reverse play of my original moniker: "Nice return GreenGenie."

03/31/20 12:31PM EDT Sell 1550 MMNT Executed @ $0.6101

That was a great PR today, and I took the opportunity. It's not that I don't like this company. They seem sincere and it's a nice little company. It's just seems to be too much float for me now. I don't like the conversion rate on the convertible note, and there is just a lot of good value out there now.

So, I'm leaving with $2,500 profit. Much less than what I had wanted. But happy to make a profit in times like this when the world is on its knees due to CV19. Big companies are at huge bargains now and could get worse.

So best of luck to all. Again, great PR and great plans. I hope my 1,000 shares become a few thousand one day.

Interesting Things happening behind the scene.

Even though things are quiet and the company is 90 days late on its filings, they are actually working behind the scenes.

At least three websites are now selling Victory Vodka. This was not the case a few months ago.

1) https://www.masterofmalt.com/distilleries/victory/

2) https://www.thewhiskyexchange.com/p/45638/victory-vodka

3) https://www.wine-searcher.com/find/victory+vodka+england

And an interesting crowdfunding website popped up. At time marker 1:20, they mention a collaberation with Victory London in opening a distillery. The bar shows 20% of their goal has been raised.

https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/exale-walthamstow-taproom/rewards?fbclid=IwAR0pZowd7efkD2yQQZccpDccRy2_YOFiPpMKueD0onqfgxbU6m3lQ8A5TGA#start

A little more information on this new distillery called the "Exhale Tap Room" is found in this article:

http://www.brewerymanual.com/newspage(6).html

And also here:

https://beertoday.co.uk/exale-brewing-taproom-1019/

An interesting excerpt: "The on-site distillery will be run in partnership with Max and Maire Chater of Victory London, while the comfortably furnished tap room will showcase the firm’s environmental credentials."

It's going to double as a distillery and a pub because they also made a partnership with a company called "Yard Sale Pizza" and they'll be serving beer and Victory-Vodka inspired cocktails, and pizza in a pub setting.

And also, this article sheds more light and shows just how serious they are about being green. I like green:

https://londonist.com/london/drink/exale-brewery-beer-walthamstow-taproom-crowdfunder

This shows their hearts in the right place. It's also sounds very cool:

"Earning the planned brewery extra kudos are its eco credentials. The taproom walls will be smothered in plants grown on an aquaponics system, fed with waste water from brewing and growing produce for local food banks and brewery snacks"

That would corroborate a strategic goal outlined in our last 10Q, which states:

"and subsequently opening a tap room or bar.."

Also found in this press release:

https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20190705005171/en/Momentous-Holdings-Corp.-Outlines-Development-Strategy

Other goals they are obviously working towards in these late, late filings would include:

"Complete audit of the recently acquired private company, V Beverages Ltd. and its subsidiaries.."

I believe when they get their late, late, extremely late reports done, they'll start making some noise. Personally, I think they should be flogged and publicly humiliated for being so late, but that's just me. These people in Europe, always jacking around and moving at half speed.

Another 2,500 shares bought yesterday.

10/11/19 09:57AM EDT
Buy 2500 MMNT Executed @ $0.35

I now have 14,100 shares here at an average price of.4652.

Too bad ROX took off first. I wanted it the other way around. 10K is super late here, but that seems normal for these situations. Once that long, arduous process is over, I think things will start happening and the business plan start to unfold with more communication.

Volume yesterday was really high for this stock. Over 82,000 shares yesterday. WOW!! And the stock closed up, so that was most definately a net buying day for some person(s), myself included. And thsoe people are just as quiet as when the company gave a 4-share dividend. Quiet as mice. Always the quiet ones.

Victory London is still active on their FB page, taking pride in work. Very pretty pictures of their red spirits and new pink vodka. I love bottles and marketing of alcohol or cigarretes, etc.

Verdict Time-Stamped

3 months ago to the day almost, I said this in the post I'm responding to:

You know what would make my journey here complete, Nazar? A Rox finale. I'm not knocking Victory. But I love bottles. They are art to me. And I'm on the record as saying so in some links I've posted in this short thread. I have only 4,100 shares here. But IFF we could reach $3, it would reach the market cap of ROX.

Rox is a .53 cent stock, with a lot more shares. But dang, they have pretty bottles:

https://castlebrandsinc.com/

... If I could exit at $3, and buy 20,000 shares of ROX with this investment, I think I will. Just for no other reason than to have some pretty bottles.

This week, Pernard Ricard bought ROX for $1.20 per share. 130-percent return. Not the order I wanted it to happen in, but it was a foot in the door for instant grat.

I think MMNT is about to make some moves. The 10-K is late but coming.

2,000 more shares purchased.

I forgot to time-stamp my buy last week:

Buy 2500 MMNT Executed @ $0.45
Jul 11, 2019
12:14 PM ET

But there hasn't been another share traded since, so it's okay.

My total shares are now 11,600. Getting up there. I have an order in at .36. I'll back up the truck at .10.

What I would like to see in the next 10Q is an agreement with an investors relations firm compensated with restricted stock. And a good one. Not a half-fast, lazy one like I've been seeing lately.

But this last 10Q was good with a layout of a good plan and a mission. I want to see capital raised via restricted stock, and I want that celebrity endorsement to actually happen. When they say "celebrity," that can mean almost anything. I know Tom Cruise is out. But what about a local wine connossieur (sp) or something?

Another PR Released on MMNT:

Coincidentally, I did not know there was a PR today, echoing the excerpts I pulled out of the 10Q, only with more in this PR. In fact, my time-stamped wish for a Christening (a ticker change) is, in fact, coming according to this PR:

https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MMNT/news/story?e&id=1389747

Name and symbol change to better reflect the business, followed by up-listing to the OTCQB or beyond.

This is going to get interesting soon. The full, expanded list below:

Complete audit of the recently acquired private company, V Beverages Ltd. and its subsidiaries.

Product expansion of additional cold distilled eco-friendly alcoholic beverages and Ready-To-Drink cocktails, and alternate recyclable packaging options.

Key appointments to Management and Advisory team.

Redevelopment of our websites with an up-scaled online store, and subsequently opening a tap room or bar.

Further improve our branding and product design in conjunction with facilities improvements to production equipment.

Expansion into alternative flavors of vodka and gin.

Foreign and domestic sales and distribution network expansion.
Pop up bars and events.

Name and symbol change to better reflect the business, followed by up-listing to the OTCQB or beyond.

Development of CBD infused alcoholic products.

Initiate a sales force in North America and commence marketing program within the territory.

Execute contracts to have our spirit lines supplied at high-profile events such as major sporting fixtures, and to continue to grow our sideline business of distillery tours and cocktail master-classes.
Partnership with a strategic airline, or other travel destination or operator.

Promote brand awareness through celebrity endorsements.

Expanding sales force to other European countries with an existing market for our products, and sign strategic partnerships to help increase our global presence.

I particularly like these upcoming newsworthy events in the pipeline:

1) sign strategic partnerships
2) Ticker change
3) Advisory team
4) Partnership with strategic operator
5) Opening a tap room or bar -- Just because it's interesting.

10-Q is Released. Better late than never as they continue their efforts to make a seaworthy vessel.

https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=13521265&guid=YJoxUe_cnQsp4th

Here is what I like in the Subsequent Events:

On April 05, 2019, we issued 50,000 shares of common stock for cash in the amount of $0.50 per share for a total of $25,000.

On April 17, 2019, the Company agreed with James Horan, a shareholder of the Company, for the cancellation 10,000,000 shares of the Company’s common stock. The Company did not receive any payment for the cancellation of such shares

On May 02, 2019, we issued 50,000 shares of common stock for cash in the amount of $0.50 per share for a total of $25,000

That is 1/4 of previous dead weight, erased. Thank you, Mr. Horan. That was all dead mass, ie, gravity. I prefer low-gravity planets.

Then, .50 becomes a good pivot. An alignment of interests. That's $50,000 they'll never see again, unless their tides lift our boats.

You have a good stock there, Lucky Luciano, but ROX is sailing some stormy seas. We have a vessel that is pink, thank you very much! You just stay down there in the brig. Don't call us, we'll call on you. If somebody wants their $50,000 back, you'll be the ransom. How is that?

So, where was I? Oh, yes. We have a mission. Unlike your Rox, Lucky, we don't have rocks weighing us down, and we don't have to pump out the flood waters. Our mission isn't about putting out fires. Ours is to launch into the hurricane over yonder, in this untested vessel.

We have the following business goals laid out in the 10Q to accomplish within the next 12 months:

Completion of the audit of V Beverages Limited

Secure necessary funding to expand operations

Product Development, Facility improvements and Equipment upgrades

Parent Company name change to better reflect new business

Engage in an advertising and marketing program, through both traditional sources and social media

Cannabinoid infused alcoholic beverages

Hire additional skilled employees to complete our team, such as brand ambassadors

Pay for legal and accounting costs

Develop an advisory committee to complement the board and employees of the Company

Formation of independent majority compliance, audit and compensation committees

Continuation of V Beverages Limited continuous annual growth, in terms of both units sold and annual revenues

I'll take it! I wonder if that name change includes a ticker change. We need a Christening!

Ohh! Did he just say "canniboid infused"? Well, Lucky, unlike your sailors drinking dark rum, our crew is going to have some medicinal herbs and remedies! Don't talk!

I think the next 12 months may prove to be interesting, indeed!

Pretty Bottles

You know what would make my journey here complete, Nazar? A Rox finale. I'm not knocking Victory. But I love bottles. They are art to me. And I'm on the record as saying so in some links I've posted in this short thread. I have only 4,100 shares here. But IFF we could reach $3, it would reach the market cap of ROX.

Rox is a .53 cent stock, with a lot more shares. But dang, they have pretty bottles:

https://castlebrandsinc.com/

And a p/s of 1 right now. The stock has been in a free fall for quite a number of years now, always setting new lows. But its' very well established. Saddled with huge debt. It shows how tough this industry is. Victory is fresh, new, no debt yet as this is venture capital time. But, whatever. It can generate excitement perhaps. If I could exit at $3, and buy 20,000 shares of ROX with this investment, I think I will. Just for no other reason than to have some pretty bottles.

The whole industry is experiencing sales decliens. Margins are slim, soo competive. And my second industry is the restaurant industry. I don't know these brands. Their Jefferson's Bourbon is the only one eperiencing some impressive growth for a small batch bourbon. I'm not sure if I've seen it. I may have. They claim to have the #1 selling ginger beer, but ginger beer is never used in anything I've seen except Moscow Mules. Or any "Mule" drink. And those were real popular the last 8 years or so, but I don't see them near as much as I used to. So, I don't know. Nobody ever asks for a ginger beer. And quite frankly, I don't even remember what brands I've seen.

All I know is that company is bleeding, but long established history and a lot of sales. It would be a happy ending for me. I would just see that as 20,000 free shares of a nice bottle collection. And I just don't know. I do like a p/s of 1 though.

I'm not bad mouthing Victory. Or London. I don't know if they will be the next Titos vodka. I know Rox has vodka in pretty bottles that I'm not familiar with. Titos came on the scene one day and never left. I went from never heard of it to I can't go anywhere anymore without seeing it. At least here in Texas. I don't know about the rest of the country.

It's just sooo hard to build brand awareness. There are sooo many of them out there. So many! And like I said, I never see any of these brands from Rox around. Not like a Makers Mark. They have Irish Whiskey, but Bailey's is what comes to my mind. There are just brands that have so much dominance that they take a monopoly on people's tongues.

Thank you, Nazar.

I just tell the truth as I understand it in my eyes. That's why I love the stock market. I get to put my money with my mouth. :) I think MMNT will prove to be an interesting story unfolding for us soon. One in which we can all vote with our feet and/or mouths on.

And a verdict will be rendered. Long term, that verdict will always be truth. Short term, it will be our mouths and feet making noise. Whatever "long term" means can be voted on too. Just as a lawyers can vote on what is "reasonable time." Not to be confused with the priesthood, however, where time takes on new meaning, such as in: "Jesus is coming 'soon.'" But truth will come out of the shake. Whether or not priests and lawyers agree, it will. Whatever coping mechanisms people need to cope with verdicts -- Well, that's an entirely different matter for the priesthood and psychologists to tackle. :)

Cheers to another adventure!

I prefer the NY mob over Chicago. The lesser of evils, where nobody was killed that didn't deserve it. And where one's word was better than a lawyer's, in theory. Not that that's a very high bar to clear. At least in the case of Meyer Lanski.

Don't need loose cannons like Al Capone. No respect for that operation.

Or better yet, don't drive "evil" underground and be more like Portugal and lift people out of darkness.

A coffee afficionado did a VERY Interesting Review on us 3 days ago:

And already over 16,000 hits. I'm amazed. Listen to Secret Millionaire here. That boy knows what he's talking about. He remind me a lot of myself! In fact, he may have been me in a former life. Although, it couldn't be me because he's an outlaw and I'm not. I walk the straight and narrow! :)

He likes the pouches. Well, I'm not a fan of the pourches but whatever. I like bottles. Still, to each his own . Interesting video. I that it's not sponsored. Shows we are real and that we deliver our product when ordered. That's always a good sign. :)

I just wonder how he got 16,000 hits and that much commentary. He's interesting but not that interesting. I'm more interesting than that, and I get no hits. LOL I just get banned and persecuted.

Momentous Holdings Corp. Completes Acquisition Of V Beverages, And Enters The Alcoholic Beverage Market With An Award Winning Product Line-Up

Company Website: https://www.vbeverages.com/
LONDON -- (Business Wire)

Momentous Holdings Corp. (Ticker: MMNT) “Momentous” and/or “the Company”) has entered into definitive agreements with the owner of V Beverages Limited, and concluded the acquisition of 100% ownership in V Beverages Limited (“VBEV”).

The transaction sees Momentous enter into the alcoholic beverage sector, through its now wholly owned subsidiary, V Beverages Limited. VBEV, through its own operational subsidiary, was originally created as a project between Max Chater, our Chief Distiller, and its founding parent company, The Draft House (which was acquired by Brewdog in 2018 (Market Cap: $2.3B)) 1, with a vision of creating premium spirits using unique and modern environmentally-friendly production techniques. In comparison to traditional heat intensive methods, the Company’s cutting-edge technology enables the conservation of energy and reduction of wastewater, whilst producing sustainable and quality products.

The acquisition sees the Company acquire 100% outright ownership in VBEV, which includes, yet is not limited to, its trademarks, recipes, production equipment, client base and its design and production team.

To date, the product range consists of:

Victory - Cold Distilled Gin

Made in London, using a completely unique & modern process that conserves energy and reduces water waste. Our chosen botanicals are infused first in alcohol, then in water, and finally cold distilled separately at low temperature under vacuum. These distillates are blended to create our distinctive yet utilitarian gin. Delicate in aroma, and perfect for your Gin and Tonic.

Victory - Bitter

A modern bitter ‘aperitivo’ spirit; British wheat spirit is infused with botanicals and fruits including gentian root, orange peel, apricot, rosemary, sage and fig. The infusion is blended with an organic, biodynamic wine and minimal sugar. The distinctive red color is achieved naturally through the infusion of hibiscus flowers. Best enjoyed with a premium tonic, plentiful ice, and a zest of lemon; or alternatively as the bitter in a classic cocktail, such as a Spritz or Negroni.

Victory - Vodka

Made using a previously unexplored botanical - unroasted green-coffee. We’ve partnered with Rob Dunne, Director of Coffee at Old Spike Roastery, and co-founder of Dunnefrankowski Creative Coffee Consultancy. Rob ethically sources seasonal, green coffee beans. We cold-distil this highly aromatic and volatile raw ingredient to extract the light, savory, almost vegetal aromatics of this unique botanical. This is something new, an expression of coffee’s most natural essence - yet is not a coffee-flavored product.

Victory Negroni - Ready To Drink Cocktail

Made with Victory Cold Distilled Gin, Victory Bitter & Sweet Vermouth - a re-imagining of a timeless classic. Less sugar, completely natural, and hand crafted using award winning ingredients. These 100% recyclable pouches are single serve. Simply pour over ice, give it a quick stir, and garnish with a zest of orange.

Currently our products are on sale, having established a strong following with leading bars, restaurants and hotels in London such as the former Gordon Ramsay tenured Claridge’s Hotel and multiple Michelin-starred restaurants.

In terms of product packaging, our ethos stands true, and despite our sophisticated look, we insist upon entirely recyclable materials. This is very much in the same light as our emphasis on ethical sourcing of ingredients, while maintaining a class leading taste and aroma.

In 2018, we entered our Victory Cold Distilled Gin and Victory Bitter into the International Wine and Spirit Competition “IWSC”. The IWSC is widely regarded as the pinnacle for independent drinks awards. Pleasingly, Victory Cold Distilled Gin scored a “Silver” medal, with Victory Bitter scoring a “Silver Outstanding” medal.

Max Chater, Chief Distiller, stated “It is pleasing that our products are receiving multiple levels of approval. Whilst the IWSC awards give me great personal satisfaction, the overwhelming demand from leading restaurants in THE leading culinary city, London, is astounding - and must be a true recognition of our wonderful products. As we expand our product line we intend to build upon the knowledge garnered to date in our distillery”.

About the Global & Domestic Alcohol Industry

Momentous is joining the long-standing global spirits market that had total revenues of $617.8bn in 2016, representing a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.5% between 2012 and 2016.2

The United Kingdom spirits market has shown continued growth with a record 51 million bottles of gin worth almost £1.4 billion sold in 2017, an increase of 27% in volume (the equivalent of over 9.5 million bottles) compared to 2016.4

The 2017 IWSR report predicts that gin demand in the UK will grow by 37.2% by 2021.5

President and CEO, Andrew Eddy, commented “I am excited by our award winning line-up, which has already built a stable following with retailers and end-users alike, and solid reputation within the sector. We have a clear strategy to increase our sales and expand our product range, within crucial national and international markets. Ultimately I feel that our eco-credentials, in terms of both production techniques and packaging, position us uniquely within the thriving alcoholic beverage industry”.

I was looking for affiliations to the stock on my profile, TOGL, with time-stamped corroboration.

As noticed I this post back in November of last year, referencing this stock:

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=145100936

I was looking for any cross-pollination I could find between two lawyers, which I didn't find. But the firm Lawler and Associates, or whatever they were are involved in TOGL, but another lawyer ivolved with FPWM. The two only cross-pollinated in TOGL> But I was looking for things the Lawler firm may be involved with, and that's how this came on my radar. They list securities they are involved with at OTC.

There are others, but this one was filing and had great "physics" at the time. A very low share count. After the dividend that changed. But I could see from the filings that they were trying to acquire B Beverages, which they now have completed. Their plans were all laid out.

It was very hard to get shares back then. Now it's easy. So, that's how it popped on my radar.

Hi, Laslo. was noticing that yesterday. The bids were huge, the ask small. That's always good. I don't know what's in the cards, but I know our interests are aligned at this time.

I don't have a huge position. I have only 4,100 shares. About 1/4 of those were free shares given to me in an unexpected dividend. It was real hard to get shares before. Now it's very liquid if you want buy at the ask. Big demand on the bid and nobody wants to give them much. Yet, volume was high so some person(s) have been buying. I like it. I'm already at a profit.

The dividend was very hush hush. As if insiders wanted NOBODY to know about it. It was only released in filings AFTER the fact. To me, that's bullish. I was just a recipient of circumstance. At the right place at the right time. If they don't want you to know something good, that's gotta to be a good thing in my eyes. In fact, I didn't even notice it. I was like, what are they talking about? What dividend? I never got a dividend? Where? Ohhhh, there it is. Well, isn't that interesting. Shares at no cost basis. Well, that was a first. They just popped into existence from nowhere. My position is so small that I didn't notice any change.

I posted the business plan for this year, which is to raise capital and marketing and so forth. To me, I'm just here for the show. If I see $2, I'll take my $8,000 and be happy. Not big money but big returns if the cards fall that way. They are quiet at this time, so that's bullish to me. Seems like they are preparing themselves to start making some noise. Although, I may leave 100 shares out there just to have something at all times. Lets me keep an eye on things easily, you never know...

News Before the News:

So the 10Q is out:

https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=13237956&guid=e0ttUapAmqplpth

Interesting things in here. Since Ronin is not interesting in talking, I'll address this to futurists. Perhaps you could tell me what brought you here. Was it the ticker change, which I predict will happpen shortly after this post within the next 4 to 8 weeks?

Although this 10Q is about Momentous and not of Victory, if will be Victory soon enough and reflect Victory's sales, if any. But some notes of interest:

EXCERPTS OF 10Q

1) On October 30, 2018, the Company issued a stock dividend to its shareholders of record so that every shareholder received 6 additional shares of common stock for every one share held by the shareholder.

MY THOUGHTS: Yes, thank you very much. As a stowaway, I appreciate that. It would have been nice to know ahead of time, but a pleasant surprise nonetheless.

2) On December 31, 2018, the Company, entered into a Share Exchange Agreement with Andrew Eddy, an individual residing in Great Britain and owner of 100% of the issued and outstanding capital shares of V Beverages Limited, a company organized under the laws of the United Kingdom in exchange for 15,750,000 shares of the Company’s common stock.

MY THOUGHTS: My interests are aligned with Eddy. Eddy needs liquidity. He will be working hard on my investment here. I don't want to do any work. Thank you, Eddy.

3) Moving forward, the Company will focus entirely on the business of its wholly owned subsidiary, V Beverages Limited. As such, it will be solely engaged in the business of designing, producing, marketing and selling low carbon, eco-friendly alcoholic beverages.

MY THOUGHTS: That sounds interesting. Sounds green. 25% of our problem is in power, about 25% in cattle flatulence, and 25% in manufacturing. But whatever small bit of difference we can make, I'm all for it. I just want the bottles to be pretty. I'll make my carbon footprint impact difference with PEGI, one of my Jupiters.

4) Secure necessary funding to expand operations

MY THOUGHTS: Yes. Very good alignment of interests. I'll consider myself the stoaway. Eddy the seed capital.

5) Our first major milestones are expected to be securing funds and increasing the scale of our production. This is our primary focus. In three years, we hope to have established our brand, products and Company in the United States, and internationally.

MY THOUGHTS: In 3 years, I hope to look back on this post as another well-positioned power play.

Hi, Ronin. What put this on your radar? Just curious. I built up a 4,100-share position here over the last few months, as corroborated here:

https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=145100936

The 6-share "dividend" for each share for shareholders of record on Oct 12th was a pleasant surprise. I didn't even notice I got those until today. It doesn't even pop up as a transaction or a "dividend." It's just there, as no cost-basis in my recorded "buys" of that ticker.

That's why my testimony above mentions 4M OS, which it was, until that 6 for 1 increase. Basically, a 6 for 1 forward split. What do you think about all of this?
