Yes would be a very nice return it’s in new hands now let’s see what happens.

We will not see sustained stock value until the 1st and 2nd quarter results. Without revenue there is only a forward looking statement and in OTC that has no value. 1st quarter MIGHT show orders but it will be 2nd quarter reports for actual revenue. I bought this stock almost fifteen years ago, forgot about it until the corporate letter a few years ago. Now I continually buy more. If one buys a million shares at a quarter of a penny and the stock "explodes" to 3 cents a share....that is a fine return.

Could be, this will take patience but I can tell you Primo chalk is a real company with a great product, I’m holding and watching if it dips lower I’ll buy more .

Some this am too, news has to be close, the R/M happened end of Dec and their .0025 offering closed last week.

There was some volume today.
I wish I had some extra cash to purchase more.
Once the products are on the store shelves the stock price will blast over .01.
No debt and now transparent.
True leadership.

I would think the new management estimates and plans for a valuation far to the left of the decimal point.

That puts the price at .0185 per share.
That is a very high price.
They must think the share price will support this valuation, otherwise, why would they buy so many shares at such a high price?

I am certainly not an expert but I would wait until contracts are finalized. Maybe even wait until initial stocking orders from Walmart AND revenue. But, yes, I AM feeling the angst of anticipation.

One would think? The R/M finalized over a month ago and still no comma from the new company. If I was the CEO I would want to send out an intro PR with an overview of the comapny and gameplan to start lining up investors. That’s just me

I AM assuming no publication of this merger until solid results. Why publish the merger until revenues can create share value? I know I would not want to sell millions of shares at 0.18 if I could wait and sell at 1.18. Some of you must be more educated than I. So, why is there a delay in publishing the merger AND a website?

As for your question, the shares would be issued in certificate form by the transfer agent (ClearTrust) and then sent directly to the shareholder.



As I thought, the shares will not be transferred to your personal brokerage account. You will get a certificate from the transfer agent. Seems fine but if the free trading shares in the marketplace should increase in value you won't be able to sell your shares. Likewise if the shares drop in price. I am a loyal longtime shareholder in GSPI and want nothing but the best for the company. Just wanted to share my experience with a past private placement gone sour.

I see six SPACs. Three have a share value of 0.00. One at 38.50, one at 10.00 and a third at 10.80. Average of $10 / share. I AM hoping for some irrational exuberance upon publication.

Completely different company now, shell was sold, not that difficult to understand.

Joe LaStella was a crook. He never got anything in production and he stole money from many investors.

Brand new company, brand new shell. The shares are held in your brokerage account.

Careful folks. If they are offering the shares for purchase, who will actually be holding them? If they are not in your existing trading account how will you be able to sell? I lost 20 grand on these guys back in 2005 during the heyday of Joe Lastella. They had a company called NRG Resources that did a similar private placement. NRG went belly up.
