I am not super familiar with securities fraud, or how public companies are required to report financials and stock deals and those impacts, so what's the best place to get some answers to those kinds of questions?

I find it interesting that others have questioned or pointed out Jay Kothari's many business associations over the last few years. A lot of good, interesting content here about Jay's history.

The updates have certainly been consistent and considerable IMO... I know it's a higher price point for most. But these updates bring validity to the price.

The solution, which incorporates between One and Three HALO units per turbine, protects the Base, Tower, Nacelle and Blades. I was concerned here for awhile hlsh, but, if they can execute a solid business plan and potentially lift EMPS out of the OTCs I think the patient investor has the opportunity to do well here.

it's possible bud. I have no doubts they are putting together a business plan behind EMPS. the updates on their webpage show those efforts. as you said, it's going to take some work to shine the light on a stock sitting near .20
