INDEPENDENCE, Kansas & SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 16, 2004--
Telemedia, a subsidiary of Emerging Enterprise Solutions
Inc. (NASDAQ: EESI), announces an upgrade from an EIS dialer solution
to a Five9 multipurpose computer-based solution.
Telemedia has negotiated a deal with Five9 Solutions to test their
online solution for a period of 90-100 days. Should the test of
approximately 30 seats prove itself, then the center shall revamp to
50% or 60 seats. This will continue over the next few months until all
are replaced. The solution reduces the overhead costs of telecom
support and increases availability of systems, and the ability to run
as many campaigns as the center is involved in. The center would then
be able to fulfill long- or short-term, inbound or outbound services
as requirements arise. We expect to begin testing within two weeks and
judging by our initial reviews expect Five9 to exceed all of
Telemedia's requirements.

(Nasdaq:EESI - News) subsidiary Windango, Inc. announced that it would be incorporating a new software solution to manage its growing client base and allowing the client base to better manage its web presence both on and off line. Additionally, the client will have more control than ever over the content of their web presence, what it is doing for them and what it is generating in terms of revenue. This is an exciting time in software. Time has allowed software to stabilize and become more standardized for many of the systems that presented so many problems in the past. Additionally, Windango is developing plans to build a Data and Network Operating Center (NOC) in Independence, KS.
