These guys on the BOD with Kinetic Seas are probably the most boring people on the planet! Sorry guys, I have to call it as I see it. Go to YouTube and look at what line of work they're in (AI which is exciting) BUT look at what they're actually doing and how incredibly boring this stuff is...this isn't going to get people excited at all imo!

I can watch paint dry on a wall and be more entertained than this junk that they do.

Their financials sucked too. ZERO REVENUES, loaded with lots of operating expenses (payment to themselves), all kinds of notes payable (which will be even more dilution and dumped with conversions at a substantial discount to the current price of .12 potentially at "par value $0.00001 per share" which means getting shares at .00001 and selling at .12 would be a 1,199,900% (yes nearly a 1.2 MILLION PERCENT RETURN) return for those noteholders!!!), Outstanding shares keeps getting larger every week (and hasn't even begun the dumping yet), etc. THIS IS JUST A NIGHTMARE! GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN!

It would be one thing if they had a somewhat exciting story to tell but these guys have never even ran ANY publicly traded company so they don't know how to pump properly. I just haven't been excited about this play in a while.

I just see nothing at all to get excited about as they're getting ready to dump tens of millions of shares with nothing exciting to pump imo.

I'm not saying this to get you to dump on my bids or anything because I have NO desire to get back in this play at all. I used to be excited about the potential here if we got this above .30 and blue skies on it but let's be honest, it's hit a roadblock and it's not moving upward in price anymore. Smart sells were in the .20's and high teens and it's just going to get very painful going forward from here imo based off of the most recent price action and the fact they haven't dumped any shares yet and how incredibly boring their business is along with their financials not being anything to brag about at all.

Good luck to those of you who have the stones to hang in there! Big boards are getting volatile so options are where I'll be!

800 million share were bought. Fuzzy math x 2:1 is 1.6 billion.

And memory serves that 1.5 billion exit divvys are owed ... in the scheme of things ...IPO?

I remember in 2021 when Elon tweeted "Buy Signal" which he obviously was referring to the secure encrypted messaging app, Signal; but OTC degenerates didn't care at all and they found a company on the OTC's called Signal (OTC: SIGL) and skyrocketed that OTC stock 12,115% in just a couple of weeks. Stranger things have happened lol.

ECGR will be a big play eventually! It'll get "alerted" by some guru, the company will put out news or any number of other things will happen and this post split, new exciting merger in the AI space with NO baggies will soar very high soon!!! NVDA is breaking through some serious resistance today. Maybe that alone will give some people the confidence to take a rip at ECGR. That won't surprise me at all! I've been in the game over 20 years and I've seen just about everything!
