The selling proposition that primarily leads to landing these five new unions was the Proprietary System, Vote YourChoice (TM) secure, remote and online voting system.
Union Strategies ("USI) has been running hundreds of the elections within the last year - nearly double since the COVID 19 pandemic took a turn back in March. The Pandemic caused a lot of Union locals to eliminate the traditional use for ballot boxes, and to turn to our Vote YourChoice ™ secure electronic voting.
USI will continue to use its deep domain knowledge of all things Union to modify the bylaws of its new customers to facilitate the change to paperless voting.

DLT Resolution Reports 366% Sales Growth in Third Quarter 2020

2020 Second Quarter Highlights:
2020 Q3 revenue of $599,000 was 366% higher than 2019 Q3 revenue
On a consecutive quarter basis, 2020 Q2 revenue of $599,000 was 9% higher than the 2020 Q2 quarter
2020 EBITDA of $48,000 for nine months ended September 30, 2020 compared to 2019 EDITDA of ($620,000) for nine months ended September 30, 2019

The Company reported a 2020 third quarter net loss of $13,000 that includes $8,000 in depreciation, amortization and interest expense, as compared to a $196,000 2019 third quarter net profit that benefited from a one-time $268,000 gain on a stock-based liability at the time.

Then 172 mil. active websites is a lot. Estimates are that 1 mil. websites worldwide get 50% of traffic. of nearly 2 bil. websites, then the 172 mil. at least get changed every so often. DLTI site has changed, and so would be said active. Then the link people contend that the company share price is expected to increase, and not crash.
There is a least one Nevada corporation that does just the Failover technology, since 2017. That revenue stream gets added into the other DLTI revenue streams, so the link could be said an understatement.

Q2 Accounts Receivables, new business launch, (contemporary with filing of the June 30, 2018 report), and major 3rd QTR new account as a separate announcement from all of that. Company is reporting, really. "Accounts receivable balances are established for amounts owed to the Company from its customers from the sales of services and products."
So Q2 was just for openers. Reports going forward appear ready to be created or released already. Management appears to be planning capable.
