OKSI Awarded USSOCOM and AFRL Contracts for Precision Guidance Seeker for Munitions

LOS ANGELES, July 23, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — OKSI has been awarded multiple contracts totaling nearly $6 million from USSOCOM and the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) for their ARMGDN seeker. ARMGDN is a capability enhancement to BAE Systems’ APKWS® laser-guidance kit, providing passive target acquisition and tracking for precision engagements. APKWS is a guidance kit for the 2.75 inch Hydra-70 rocket. Together, the APKWS with OKSI’s ARMDGN seeker will facilitate rapid engagements of multiple air or ground targets via ripple fire of multiple precision- guided rockets in rapid succession.

OKSI’s ARMGDN provides DoD with a low-cost precision-guided munition designed to defeat small drones and other unmanned systems. Warfare is on the brink of a major paradigm shift where low-cost robotic systems, UXS, and swarm tactics are an imminent threat and will be used to overwhelm and confuse the opposition. ARMGDN enables rapid engagement of multiple threats simultaneously to thin out swarms and protect personnel and equipment.

I don't know why you even include Brett Rosen in the "state of the company" address... Brett Rosen isn't even a part of the company. He was a financier, thats all. The PPS will stay stagnant until the CE is removed. But if you can't see that the business is continuing to grow and evolve then that's on you. They did update the Investor FAQ on their website 2-3 weeks ago. We will see the next quarterly report in a few weeks too.

Their partnership with Opto-knowledge/OKSI should inspire confidence.

If you read some recent posts, there have been lots of promising company developments. Getting the CE removed by the OTC still looks to me like a LOTTERY PICK!!! Going on almost 2 years since it was first placed by the OTC. Until it's removed, we're screwed.

I'll stick around till Dec. to see what happens.

I haven't been here in a while because the change in our PPS has remained insubstantial despite the rosy rhetoric seen in earlier posts...When last has CEO Mark Schmidt (or Brett Rosen) provided a State-of-the-Company address to the shareholders--and if so, did anything in the address inspire confidence? Just curious...

A new Democratic Presidential candidate will surely continue Biden's support for Ukraine and its valiant battle against a Putinesque, dictatorial, mass-killing, human rights-violating, and imperial- expansionist regime .That SOB has been bombing hospitals and schools for many years prior to his current actions in Ukraine as well.

Finally, some good news for believers in democracy and CYBL with their drones, is part of this battle.

$CYBL a new contract from April '24 has shown up on http://USASpending.gov for Datron, supplying Radio Accessories to the government of Lebanon.

Are you optimistic that we've now entered the final phase of this CE removal process? If not, what else remains to be done.

They have submit everything that the OTC has requested per their latest update on the website. Everything is awaiting review again after the amended filings and attorney letter.

Question for the board regarding Rosen/CEO Schmidt

As recently as a few months ago Brett Rosen, CYBL's main financier, was interviewed on the Buffalo Fireside Chats site and said he thought CYBL was going to be THE OTC STOCK OF THE YEAR!!!

And yet more recently he was Tweeting about the need for shareholder lawsuits against CYBL.

What's going on?

Of course, I sure hope you're right. The glacial pace of this 2 year long process process, however, has me viewing it now as about as likely as a Lottery pick. I'll hang around till Dec. to see if anything changes since there's no point in selling right now.

Seems to me after 2 years of waiting for the CE removal, that the only way now to view this is as either a Lottery Pick or a Powerball play. After taking 3 months to Amend a deficient company tax filing, I don't think we can have any solid expectations about the CE removal,

Why is it that all my picks are trash

Mind you there are only two trading platforms at this moment who allows trading for what ever reasons so I would assume that they can do anything whatever hopefully it’s time to let it go

The 600 shares just MMs talking to each other: meaning for them to apply resistance to the ask imo

I totally feel the same! Otc seems to be taking baby steps.

On a related note, two days this week it appears otc messed up trades and showed only 600 shares traded. I simply don’t think that low volume actually traded.

Through this entire process I’ve seen no transparency, and lack of process from otc.

I believe otc must be held accountable too, and everyone is seeing their games for what it is, not only cybl was messy but otc as being messy throughout the ce status! This would never occur on Nasdaq or Nyse.

I would assume a lot of the delay time on any process not automated can be attributed to OTCM itself. I am sure that, like me, you have dealt with your share of agencies who take way longer than what seems reasonable to complete a task on their plate. OTCM has a monopoly and there are no consequences to them being slow or incompetent.

What day will cybl report Q2 earnings? In July or August? Should be interesting to see how much money they made.

I agree that it looks like a positive step, or why file it all? The mystery is why it's taken almost 3 months to file this and what it means in terms of the time-frame for CE removal. Are we now looking perhaps at another 3-4 months of uncertainty before a CE decision?

I don't know much about complicated legal issues, but it appears that Schmidt's record-keeping on important accounting issues has been an absolute debacle .He shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the financial records dept.!!!

Perhaps the fat lady has halted her walk towards the mike.

What do I know about legal documents? Not much. But, this seems like a pretty thorough letter. It would appear to me that it's definitely a positive step in getting the hated CE removed. The letter is also probably the reason that both the PPS and volume increased a bit yesterday.
