Keep in mind everything they do with filing to OTC has to go through a TA. That means the TA is aware of and controls some timing aspects of when things happen. If anyone thinks the TA and MMs are not coordinating to load positions prior to big events that will impact PPS they are mistaken. This CE scenario is the perfect setup for them to load at rock bottom slowly without anyone taking notice!

Guess you're right. Don't know why I keep deluding myself into thinking there may be a different answer. Just 16 months of endless frustration with a company with $105 million in documented contracts and a sub-penny price!!!

While the bottom falls out of the macro market due to WW3 looming CYBL will just do that much better. There is no way to lose here for the patient imo.

I think the increased volume may be due, in part, to the drone activity in Iran and Israel. Just a guess.

OTC received the Attorney's letter requesting CE removal on 4/4. Anyone have any factual knowledge as to how long it might take for them to respond?

Given everything, this price action has to be MMs trying to hold it down to accumulate until CE comes off. They know what is happening behind the scenes since all filings go through the sponsoring broker/dealer. Insider trading at the core!

As a final update, the Company stated that it has now enacted a No Reverse Split Policy which will prevent CYBL from engaging in a reverse stock split for a period of up to 5 years.
