No chance of providing a ROI to investors for the mere fact that they have so much convertible notes due and anytime the stock gets a small spike the debt holders will convert or sell their current shares.

$115 million in total debt is no laughing matter.

Based on Fiscal 2021 results CRVW will need 322 years before they can pay their debt off

10m .01s better terms on new funding buy still need to have enough volume to soak up these past shares, so until that happens wont go much higher than .20-.25s watching for more dips into .10s and volume to take care of that

Thirteenth Amendment

As previously reported in our Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the SEC on February 10, 2020, we entered into a Thirteenth Amendment to Note and Warrant Purchase Agreement on February 6, 2020 (the “Thirteenth Amendment”) with the Existing Investor listed in Annex I to the Thirteenth Amendment (the “Thirteenth Amendment Investor”) and with the HealthCor Parties and certain additional Existing Investors (solely in their capacity as Majority Holders (acting together with the Thirteenth Amendment Investor) approving the Thirteenth Amendment and not as investors), pursuant to which (i) we sold and issued, for $100,000 in cash, to the Thirteenth Amendment Investor on such date an additional note, the Thirteenth Amendment Supplemental Closing Note, in the initial principal amount of $100,000, with a conversion price per share equal to $0.01 (subject to adjustment as described therein) and a maturity date of February 5, 2030; and (ii) the Majority Holders consented to the issuance of a warrant in connection with an additional loan under the Credit Agreement. The Thirteenth Amendment Investor is one of our directors.

Never have figured out why this thing doesn’t climb. It’s a good product. I’ve seen it in action myself. I’ll have to look at SS I guess

Nice, the patents and system alone here is something else. Not sure of the coverage of the patent to predict falling but that could be worth millions alone. Books look scary @ first glance but knowing they locked out that huge liability, which is owed to a 35% shareowner, from converting to commons is awesome.

solid backing from renowned institutional investors with wide knowledge of key medical, scientific and intellectual business since last May.. something must be cooking..

Great concept, their solutions meet daily needs in the hospital / inpatient space and can seriously improve quality of care and operational efficiency..
They need a big name partner like Cerner or Epic..

CRVW should be trading much higher than this - what am i missing folks??..

Earnings last two quarters, what were they? I looked at Clearview a long time ago when it was pushed at a higher price .20-.30 and I seen some insider activity but found it had fallen to .03. At three cents institutions won’t touch it. They look at minimum $5. Is there a ton of shares out there? Did they do an offshore Reg-S?
I first liked the concept but being in a few major hospitals for family across the country, I didn’t see Clearview being used. My guess is they’ll have to do a reverse split, and get sales to boost net profits after expenses. If you are close to IR please fill me in. Thanks. At less than $1, we obviously know it’s high risk.
