When they submitted their most recent filings there was found to be some discrepancies in the past one so they had to amend it to move on .

Just a formality I would suspect . Probably nothing "important" , at least for us .

When a company appears to be doing NOTHING I always wondered why keeping filings up to date was such a challenge .

Well in May 15 filing, they stated this is no longer a shell. Was hoping there is hope for a takeover lol. I guess not
