Why do you think the lawsuit is still alive? I didn't see any appeal from the last ruling from the PTO. I thought that was dead.

I re-read your post and decided after 200 shares have been traded for a total of $2.00 that nobody, absolutely nobody cares.

Oh, I think there’s plenty of people that care. You never know when the jackpot is hit and you now don’t have to report it.

They aren't a profitable company and this is a cost they can cut and nobody cares.

No - I emailed the company and Doug Andrea responded they have no plans to release any financial information. Not exactly an endorsement to have any hope in the future.

I agree with you. Any stocks that I've owned that deregister their stock. Just disappear and cease to exist. Could be wrong but don't think so. IMO

Imo, this is just bullsh*t !

This company is burning cash like there is no tomorrow , lacks revenue, growth and hasn't made a profit in decades. These last two decades should have been booming business ! Meanwhile the CEO keeps on getting a very nice paycheck. Based on what ? Results, prospects, vision ?

And on top of all the afore mentioned, it decided to no longer report !

Just how much more evidence does one need to realize that this company is nothing more than a dead man walking ?

There were 262 shareholders when they filed to delist I wonder how many fewer they have now and who is buying

Yet another great move. Andrea no longer needs to publish results. A great way to create a smoke screen for competitors. Absolutely no need to confront them with spectacular revenues and profits.

Another week goes by and no decision ...at least we know the consulting judges will have their weekly Shrimp boat and raw bar tower on Friday's to celebrate another week of paid fees and expenses at the expense of the taxpayer

Your tax dollars at work.... Not sure if the judges that rule on these things are Government full time employees, or if they are independent judges or professionals that bill hourly.. If they are the later, then why not drag it our forever at $700 per hour....

i agree though..... this should have been decided in less than 1/2 hour, given that they have been scrutinizing this case for over 5 years...

8Q should be out this week...I'll be wearing my Depends when I read through it. On another note, I wonder when our rocket scientist judge, Jeremy M. Plenzler, aka Rip Van Winkle is going to wake up from his eternal slumber and make a final decision on the patent.

New to ANDR and a believer. What are your thoughts on the AAPL lawsuit and the company future prospects for 2023 and beyond.

Have some patience please. What could possibly go wrong ? We have top notch technology, stellar and relentless increase in revenues and to top things off, we have Doug. Just look at the last two decades, succes after succes. Amazing to see that he's still here to lead us, given the fact that he's getting paid peanuts.

Seriously, does the PTO have people actually working there? What is taking so long to make a simple ruling on this case? I am planning next year's vacation and need to know if it is camping in the local state park or a villa in Monaco.
