Jerry N. Gines, Chairman/CEO of SanCuro Corporation, announces that with the support of a majority of its shareholders, National Hyperbaric Rehab Center Inc. SanCuro Corporation has signed a letter of intent to acquire SanCuro Wound Care Systems Inc. SanCuro Wound Care Systems Inc.’s principal assets include a contract to manage a Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine Department of Ogden Regional Medical Center, a Hospital Corporation of American (HCA) facility in Ogden, Utah. HCA is the second largest Hospital Management organization in the country. HCA has 170 hospitals and 113 outpatient centers in 20 states and England under management. In preparation of servicing this contract, SanCuro Wound Care System is currently building a Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred (15,400) square foot Medical Office building on campus at Ogden Regional Medical Center. This facility will host the Hospital Department and house and manage the practices of up to Seven (7) physicians. The facility includes a state-of-the-art Hyperbaric and Wound Care Department of Ogden Regional Medical Center. Construction of this facility commenced October 7, 2007 and is forecasted to be operational mid-July 2008.

They have completely screwed over all of their early supporters and investors. I am glad I am not one of them. I know a few people here at least know some of the folks who bought into this at the beginning. Give them my condolences.

Spoke with Matt on Thursday, stated PR did not make the Christmas New Year's time frame but will be delivered in 30 days.

I tried to pry some information on that pending PR but only stated that it would be positive, feel free to call Matt at 801-944-6000 and put some pressure :).

Me to, I didn't know that they were opening another clinic, I emailed them but I never did get a response. Thankyou for the info. If they start giving some prs maybe more people would get interested in the stock. At least I don't think they are diluteing like most pinks. Thanks again

Yes, that what he stated, I could not imagine a share re-structure with a float under 40 million shares, maybe audited financials but Matt would not disclose anything additional.

His tone is monotone LOL, so looking for a upbeat sound from that guy is dismal.

I just noticed this one today. I see it's been around this level for a while now yet the share structure hasn't changed in at least the last 2 months so that's no keeping it down. I don't know any more than what I posted but will be watching this one. So the word is news within a month eh?

I'm sure the dilution we have seen is the money needed for the next wave of potential clinics and contracts in Utah and Texas etc.... sure they don't want to say anything until a new one actually opens its doors for business this time. They have a clinic at Corporate headquaters that should be paying the bills at least.

Sell shares to pay their salaries until the shares run out.


The chart is flattening out, I wonder if that is a sign they have little left to sell.

Good info. The float has increase 125% or 57M from 46M since mid-December. That is about the same increase as in the O/S.

These guys are just living on dilution. I feel sorry for anyone that's been holding this POS from the beginning.

Investors are presently disheartened by the present PPS , NHYB gives new meaning to the word patience.

They've been saying that OTCBB thing for a long long time. Even if it isn't the company that is selling this week, they have in the past. They've given large blocks of shares to others who are now selling, IMO.

It's all dilution one way or another and now it has come back to bite them. Unfortunately, there are a lot of restricted shares out there that are probably reaching the end of their restriction.

Either way yesterday was a surprise. I was just ranting after seeing the price so low and then it drops 50% later in the day. OUch!

Still, an interesting one to follow. Hopefully it will go sub-sub penny soon and then it might be a real steal if the company still exists. Maybe I should call the TA and confirm your 'no dilution' story.

I would call Matt if you have questions, last conversation we had about a week back, he mentioned that the Arizona clinic would open in about 2 months as a NHYB clinic.

Audited financials are being done (going to OTCBB) and there is no dillution, IMO your seeing weak hands selling and their patience level has expired.

What's going on today. Why such a fall in price. Why the sell off all of a sudden?

This is another classic example of a company selling empty promises for way too long. Eventually no one wants to buy them anymore.

The people who bought in early just get totally screwed, because the company dilutes their positions into the ground to stay afloat. Sadly the folks who got in early often still 'believe' not realizing that even if the promises all come true now that the dilution has eroded their positions away to nothing no matter what.

A 10 bagger from here doesn't get most bagholders even and is still down 80% from only 1 year ago. This stock would have to go up 80x to get back to last June.

Luckily, I only flipped this occasionally and probably didn't quite break even.

Good news! I just got off the phone with Matt and he told me that within a month, they will be posting the new contracts. As everyone knows, the deal with Tucson clinic did not fall thru. Their partner bailed out on the deal so thats why their will not be an NHYB clinic in Tucson.

Mms have all the opp. to go down and fill the gap but it seems its holding good at this level but I would feel much brtter if the BIG GAP get fill.

Aside from the fact that the stock price is in the toilet, are you referring to something specific?
