I believe when MCIC was a shell risk and had the yield sign ..the lawyers had to disclose privately to OTC the CEO's plans as far as sales,revenue and merger/acquisition to get them to remove the shell risk and yield sign...because publicly MCIC still shows no sales/revenue ..but OTC removed it....
