Hi Stockman - what regulatory capital requirements are you assuming. ERCF Min Capital is $ 140 bn for FNMA and $ 108 bn for FMCC. Perhaps Rodney is right about the 2.5% - perhaps he is not. FNMA has approx $ 19 bn of JPS and FMCC has approx $ 14 bn of JPS - what if the JPS is converted for CET
