On December 22, 2009, Open Joint Stock Company Long Distance and International Telecommunications “Rostelecom” announced that it has filed a Form 25 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to voluntarily delist the American Depository Receipts representing Rostelecom’s ordinary shares from the New York Stock Exchange.
