ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On July 30, 2020, Retrophin, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2020. A copy of the press release and accompanying information is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report.
