Results of Operations and Financial Condition. |
Chart Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) has prepared an Investor Presentation (the “Investor Presentation”) to be used in meetings with stockholders and the investment community. The Investor Presentation provides details about the Company’s first quarter 2023 performance not included in previously issued reports, including first quarter 2023 orders and first quarter 2023 ending backlog. The Investor Presentation is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
