buyers to lose their money because very soon DEEP will drop to 0.01
and finally it will hit 0.0001 within a year. All the CH11 stocks
will hit 0.0001 at the end. Do not buy any single share above 0.01

The company just declared the CH11 Bankruptcy after the market closing today. Fortunately I already sold out my position right
before 4:00PM. I predict on the next Monday when DEEP is trading
on the Pink Sheet the new low of 0.02 will be created. It is sad for all the shareholders but the sick CEO. He made enough from the stock selling. This is U.S.A. --- A legal way to rob money!

There is an rumor: DEEP will file the CH11 during this weekend. I
am not sure if that is true. Anyway starting from the next week
DEEP will be traded on the Pink Sheet that might push the price
further down to 0.02 as the other CH11 stock did. Why didn't the
acting CEO say something to the shareholders in such big event?
I will try to get ride of my position before today's 4:00PM. Sad!

I took a piece yesterday.

These numbers down here are pretty tempting
but I can't help but wonder when the market will finish factoring in all the share dumping by management and others.
The Form 4's are lined up around the block...I don't know
how you crunch all those nubmers along with the IPO wash...
anybody's guess, I guess. The overall market conditions just
scream caution...glty.
Consolidation is the word here me thinks...I'm waiting it out
myself...wanna see the new numbers that should be out farily soon ?

The 2 Gaps Down and 5 fairly large consecutive crows are a reassuring formation, and in addition the full STO suggesting significantly reduced selling strength. Further, some of the shorts using yahoo's forum claimed that UBS (UBSS) and CITI (SBSH) lack shares for shorting, which suggests a possible short squeeze. Extremely high volume today by contrast to the volume during the previous and current month.

However, the MACD is slightly intimidating. Possible reversal either Monday or Tuesday.

All quiet around here. We grabbed some of this today as a bottom play, but was looking for some thoughts. Good luck to anyone in.

By "DEEP", they are referring to Continental Shelf and deeper under-water services in the Gulf of Mexico (but they hope to go international)

Gulf hurricanes are good, as is the government opening deep water leases.

This company appears to be operated by individuals with years of experience in the gulf oil/gas and diving businesses.
