All of the crypto stocks seem to be trading down for some reason atm. Hopefully it’s the calm before the storm! The v shares appear to be non active, waiting on some type of update….

Crypto is on fire and this is stagnant. Can anyone speak to any profits they have seen with the V shares? Ethereum is way up also, why is this not moving??

Yeah, I initiated the transfer with then,TD Ameritrade, now Schwab. They completed the transfer on their end but it never made it to Upstream. I’m kind of stuck in limbo at this point, not sure how it’ll play out, but thanks for the info

I reached out to my broker with UBS but he tells me they need to receive a request from an outside agency
But BTCS says to contact your broker to initiate the transfer

That whole bit is pretty shady. I get this whole outfit is built on crypto, but we need them to actually create USD value in their normal traded shares like any other functional company.

That means there is no value at all if not transferring to upstream account. If you have sizable number of shares for this, would it be worth doing it instead of letting it sit in a current account with no value?

Thought to get the value of this, you are required to move the share onto the Upstream flatform? So what is Boustead Securities you are talking about?

What is the relationship between Upstream and Boustead Securities, not sure I follow your message?

Well, finally talked to my Broker as he has to make the initial transfer. He was clueless but looking into it
But my concern is Boustead Securities. Researching them and finding legal issues
I have burned by a criminal crypto exchange before, Uphold, and the background info on this one concerns me
Not sure if I will proceed at this point.

Agreed. Below is the reply from their IR to my email. If you leave it in your brokerage w/o doing anything, there would be no value to it. If you move to the other platform, there will be some % of dividend or something per their management approval etc... That is much what I understanding.

Mine is in the IRA account. So I don't know if it would be the same process as a regular brokerage. Also do you know the value of each V share?

Just learned. I will be checking Reddit. I was scammed by another exchange, Uphold. Won’t let it happen twice. Also checking with a buddy who has a Reddit account to research complaints
