It's amazing how there has been so much fraud, and penalties, and court cases, but no one ever gets their stuff back. Nope. Just fines for the feds to collect and these guys keep on with the scams...

ASPS is a company you want to invest in if you really want to empower the scum of the earth. These people exist only to terrorize and scavenge for anything not taken with. They hire absolute shit from the streets of who knows where to bang on doors in the middle of the night. They sit outside and take pictures of you day after day, week after week, while you wash your ass. They are creeps and thugs to the extreme.

These people use unclaimed towed vehicles stashed under Wacker Drive in Chicago with the addition of fake paper license plates from out of state. I've seen orange Texas tags mostly. Fraudulent operation from beginning to end. Enemy of America.

I think it’s strong with recent asset sale but expected. Company seems to be waking up with more updates. I truly believe it’s up from here. Maybe we see REO numbers a little closer or guidance

Looked at trades. Looks like 2 form Ts. A sell of 1000 @ 14.50. Don't understand how it's a sell when it's almost a buck over close. Then there was another form T buy 100 @14.99.
Not quite sure what all that means or means for tomorrow. If you know, please share.

Agreed. My crypto comment is more about story narrative to add onto this which I think a lot of people in RE space are waiting for in years ahead but not sure it’s a big revenue driver unless they develop their own tech for this system.

Hubzu is a great product for them, not as big as Xome but was seeing more outside servicers contracting with Hubzu until Covid. I think online auctions will play a huge role for REO in the next 2+ years to move these files through faster

Same here, a few years play. I was trying to say, I think we get our first glimpse of the sale of the sub company in the 3rd quarter future projections. In the 4th quarter report we start to see smaller losses per share. That, I think, will be a spark that starts the fire and the move up. Not going to happen overnight, but will happen over the next few years.

This is slowly going to go back over $170+ imo. We won’t see a bubble burst but demographically speaking market is going to likely go up into 2024 but we will see foreclosures normalize back to Pre-Covid. I expect to see a huge push into the market Q1 2022 in REO inventory then likely see stronger balance into 2024 as it increases. Remember we have a ton of boomers downsizing and “moving on” over next 10 years.

This is a solid long play for me

Always good, but looking at our main goal, forclosures! We have enough capital to survive for quite awhile. With forclosures starting to hit the market, I can see a good 3rd quarter 10Q perspective and a much better 4th quarter revenue. ASPS is almost on autopilot right now. Just hope we are not in a twin engine over San Diego right now. JK from yesterday's news.

$ASPS and $COOP - Why this is important!

Over the past 20 years I’ve worked the default side of real estate as a Broker. Between 2006 and 2014 I liquidated over 2000 bank assets. I’ve personally worked with both Altisource (owns Hubzu) and entities owned by Mr Cooper such as Nation Star and Xome.

Up until 2010-2014 range online auctions for REO played a relatively smaller part in the process and most of it was handled by broker on MLS.

I like these two tickers this late in the RE cycle for a few reasons. Although i do not feel even with foreclosure moratorium lifted we see a major crash in RE because the demographics and data do not support that thesis imo. I believe our growth continues but even with potentially millions of homes being foreclosed it balances the markets lack of supply that is driving up prices. Also, I see rates slowly increasing to pull this demand in as well.

I do think we have a major issue on our hands with evictions and lack of homes for people but I can’t do anything about the system but to find opportunities and at the end of the day, these homes will be liquidated.

I currently have a few separate clients with 10 of billions in loan portfolio under management to be liquidated and estimate of about 400-500 properties just in my market in Dallas I will be receiving once this lifts.

My point is, over the last few years nearly 65-70% of these assets are being sold via Xome and Hubzu my bet is, we see even more due to the back log restrictions and services needing to liquidate these assets as fast as possible

$COOP is close to breaking a new ATM and $ASPS is coming off a 6 year declining wedge from $171

These are buy hold opportunities imo
