Usually a .00001 or a .000001 is retail clearing it with their brokerage, it needs to print the transaction. The broker takes the shares for free and retail loses 100%, some people give up, that's understandable

Not short at all. Just can’t stand what the company has done to investors of late. Not easy to go through a 40 - 1 reverse split and then have them turn around and say they are voting on another one again! Like Groundhog Day all over again….

The market needs to drive the demand not the government. Simple economics. Gas powered autos didn’t have a problem. But back then government stayed on their lane for the most part. We’ve come a long way baby…..not in a good way. MHO.

The company would have been better served if they would have announced an offering of let’s say 100 - 200 million shares at Market pricing at their time and choice stating that funding would go towards the P1 and P2 trials. At least then they would have possibly attracted some very large institution

I am looking at the future not the past. When valuing companies, we always used estimated future discounted cash flow as one estimate of value. I have never heard of using past cash flows.
