Major buyer has stepped up last few trading days. Possibly an institution! Maybe a short position building up which would explain why the stock is not moving higher with all the buying in the 160 level. When new breaks the shorts will be crushed!!!!! I am looking to buy more.

Very encouraging day today and I am not the least surprised. I believe this is just the beginning. The UK I feel will be the gem for mgld even more than the US. Incredible opportunity and I am happy I was able to add in the low dollar range. Will strongly consider buying more if we trade back in the 1.40 range which is not likely to happen. Congrats to us longs and let's enjoy the ride!!!!!!

I am been adding over the last month and will continue to buy based on my belief that everything is coming together at one. The upside is significant here and I am thankful I have been able to accumulate at these bargain basement levels. The longs are going to be rewarded for their patience.

I feel very fortunate to have been able to buy 40000 shares at 101 average and then to my surprise was able to turn it into a large profit within a few days. While I am a long term holder I could not resist the trade opportunity.. I am very thankful to seller and am rebuying my shares.

Time to get back in. Hearing alot of upcoming catalysts that should propel the company and in turn the stock price. Our patience paid off big time the day after the offering. I would not be surprised to see us at those levels again though it will probably be more of a sustained move up instead of a one day run up.

You are correct Majestic. Let's also keep in mind the salaries the execs pay themselves. Why worry about stock options when they are so well paid.

Now if they company hired you to explain how much they have going for them we would easily be over 5.00.For some reason they dont like talking about there money machine USCF that currently accounts for over 60% of revenues.If Marygold does half of what USCF produces we could be looking at double digits.How sad we are barely holding the 1.00 mark.Total disinterest by company management of getting there story out to new investors and most importantly funds.

Additional income for Marygold_&_Co comes from investment portfolios

Similar to the subsidiary USCF, Marygold_&_Co's will earn additional income based on the AUM (Assets Under Management) within clients investment savings .

Timothy Rooney, president of Marygold & Co.:
"Marygold will not charge customers for banking products, earning revenue instead through fees on the passively managed exchange-traded funds that make up each portfolio. Rooney said the company will annually charge 30 basis points on the money in securities that is managed for the client."

If Marygold & Co savings funds are invested in USCF funds then both subsidiaries will be earning income dependent on their corresponding AUMs in each fund. That's a real win-win system.

The USCF subsidiary currently has at 3 new funds waiting to launch.

At this point they have will to start buying again as no one else is. I usually buy down here but the stock is looking so bad I am holding out for a significantly lower price.

They barely made 5%.A CD is safer these days.If they would only get some funds involved this would skyrocket with what they have.They just don't seem to care at the present time to attract new investors.
