Thanks for the info on the pink deal, I never dug into as much as I should have, everyone here blames SPQS and some people associated with the company without doing any DD.

We all (or most) know that 99.9% of the 12,372 pink companies never go anywhere, they run on speculation and hype. Then a lot have P&D squads.

Since I'm new to this company and haven't found the agreement detials my question does anyone really know the specific details of what each shareholder will receive, such as the number of shares per one share of SPQS or whether it is a reverse merger, would typically be outlined in the merger agreement or communicated to shareholders through official channels. I agree with you, I think they never realized all the complexity or regulatory involved when merging with a China Company, I could be wrong but from all the tweets regarding the merger, it seemed as if they got the cart before the horse to start with.

If I remember correctly this is the 3rd attempt into some type of merger, this I think causes some distrust on their ability to get this done.

They've already invested fairly heavy into this, in my opinion if they stick with and complete this deal, then we all can make some good bank here.

It's just going to take longer than a lot are willing to wait it out.
