GTCH Hmmmm,, First off Erik Klinger is now the CFO at BANNIX , Previously head of corporate development and cfo of gopher protocol,, that was prior company name before name change to GBT TECHNOLOGIES.
Now BANNIX controled by DOUG DAVIS former ceo of GBT TECHNOLOGIES and ceo of the sponsor "" Instant Fame"" who by the way is trade marked to DANNY RITTMAN and MO JACOBS , yes danny rittman and mo jacobs another former gbt employee owns the trade mark to Instant Fame, LLC, very convient.
THEY are going to make a deal with Visionwave technologies that was not even incorperated the day the deal was announced so not a legit company but facts aside the company is soley owned byYOSSI ATTIA legaly and controled by Anat Attia his wife
Both of theese people have prior dealings with GBT as in -STANLEY HILLS, LLC,, do your DD!! Also YOSHI and MOSHE SCHNAPP aka MO JACOBS
have been chumming together for 20 years scamming and law suits,,, and all names listed above have former ties to gbt/gopher so how do the insiders make deals,,only for themselves. GOOD LUCK and we haven't even mentioned the shares of AVANT! AI or BANNIX possibly getting delisted for not filing ... money going every direction except the share holders . just my o[inions buy and sell at your own risk

Because I want to believe there may be a link between GTCH and Samsung, I do follow Samsung. An earlier PR stated that they have fallen behind, especially in high bandwidth memory (HBM) chips.

Anyone posting here at GTCH savvy in the chip tech field enough to speculate if GTCH's patented chip design addresses any shortfall in that specific chip dimension? That is, does their design improve HBM capability?

GBT Tech just posted an hour ago on Facebook, still promoting VisionWave tech colloboration with Bannix.....but why?? Are they going to get this to market any time soon? That's the big question - along with whether or not it can get a foothold.

Well, we are moving on to June now. I try to take comfort in knowing that GTCH did hire a firm to negotiate the sale and I have to presume that it is money well spent - they are very busy dotting Is and crossing Ts as I type...

Dreadful thoughts. I prefer to think of the delay as a legalese paper chase. Those patents speak for themselves and it APPEARS there is substance/verifiable performance. Being a cutting-edge tech may be half the problem - operations at some ongoing chip manufacturing facility MAY have to do some significant retooling to implement and actually produce products that implement that new cutting-edge design.

I am not suggesting that SHs would have to wait THAT LONG but rather the wait would result FROM that manufacturing concern COMMITING to undergo the transition. THAT WOULD HAVE TO BE A BIG DECISION WITHOUT A FIRM "CAN DO" OR EVEN "WILL WE EVEN MAKE MONEY DOING SO".

A commitment is what I long for - knowing that the "real" profit will only show once the new tech is implemented and turns out to be profitable. While I am committed to staying long, any surge to GREEN status from my RED status right now would be a godsend.

I tried last month… I left my order open for about 3-4 days at a time, until I finally got tired of waiting and just closed it.

On the OTC markets boards its listed as a shell company ever since they opened up that visionwave company.

Do we know that for sure? In the 10-Q that was filed on May 20, they were indicating they weren't a shell.

No, I haven't tried and don't want to sell at that price either, I will hold on as long as it takes and will even buy more if I see that they are trying to do something, just trying to figure out why he would turn the company into a shell company.

I'm holding, but that's a good question. I haven't tried to sell any to see if it would be easy to do. I have a feeling it wouldn't be based on the very low volume. Have you tried?

Only ONE THING GTCH management has the power to do.....provide a pass through to each SH prorated by the number of share each have the shares that both AVAI and BNIX have sworn to provide GTCH via the patent contracts both have...instant equity no matter at what stage either of them are along in generating actual revenue...note where those pps levels are.

GTCH sec T+1 rule change will be a start on 5/28/24 ,,this should change the ss of stocks accross the board. Also IMO we should be due for a possitive PR any day now . It would be nice to get a PR in the semiconductor sector since that is Rittmans specialty !!
We need the AVANT! AI deal to settle and move forward and get the other VISIONWAVE deal figured out since we know BANNIX has the capitol,,, they are running out of time or they will have to disolve in September i beleive .
Yet here I sit with little hope on the deals that are wrote on paper, My true hope is all in on the semiconductor theory with the knokedge Rittman has,, he has been researching this over 20 years and and has the patents ,,,, NOW IS THE TIME !!!

I agree with your statement regarding the absence of internal funding sources. For Pete’s sake, even their current partners are legal corporate shells. I noticed that OTC Markets have s “shell risk” flag posted for GTCH.

There’s a good movie that captures the less admirable reality of business/corporate law entitled “The Laundromat”. I’m not projecting the motives of the bad faith lawyers in the movie onto Mansour or Dr Rittman. However, I could not draw you an accurate 30,000 ft GBT TECH company structure diagram now. Do you or someone on the GTCH Board have a diagram of the current structure?

MM, GTCH has no access to funding ANY enterprise. Left to other 'buyers (with $$, not shares)' to fill the void. Most definitely GTCH can NOT depend on other's shares to move the pps for ANY of the applications you mentioned.

The potential applications are bountiful:
U.S. military - especially abroad
NATO member military
CIA
Interpol
MI5/6
Water treatment plants
Electrical grid infrastructure
-- on and on

I concur with your assessment of the repetitive "deals" that seem to exist on paper but never lead to anything meaningful. In addition, this GBT has a 1/2 stake in most of its affiliated businesses. I've generally thought that this "1/2 owned by GBT" structure must be all about protecting IP ownership(?). I like your thought regarding the patents, but I have not attempted to sort out the paper mess to get a 30,000 ft perspective. Has anyone accomplished this?

I remain bullish on the potential IP market value and have hope that GBT will be ultimately successful selling their IP (at least the chip IP!). Thanks!

I am still wishful thinking that a 'good' buyer of GTCH would be Samsung. Samsung KNEW there were heat issues BEFORE Nvidia tested them???? Would Samsung already been looking to resolve that issue (for 6 months or so)??

Even today's PR from AVAI touts using Wired4Tech to SHOW their system is POWERFUL and ready to take in all the anticipated revenue generated when companies sign on for AVAI's services. AVAI and Wired4Tech are one and the same inside network set up by Tokenize in the first place. The news out today regarding South Korea's investment in the chip industry and cited previous announcements of further investments ($Billions upon $billions) all over the world that stress the importance of AI/chip advancement has to leave some of it for GTCH!!

On paper at least, GTCH has stated and proven with patent protection that THEY have cutting edge technology at EXACTLY the right timing for this ENORMOUS amount of attention the chip industry is displaying at this time. I will not allow myself to believe that GTCH has NO ROLE to play in all of it....

GTCH Bucks i beleive there is life ,, might be just above life support but i beleive they have something in the semiconductors,, said it for a long time now, but they keep diverting to shitty fake deals that don't materialize. Look at the visionwave deal that was listed soley with gbt then a week later some how BANNIX gets involved ,, it's bogus, a deal was signed thru the sec filings an 8k with gbt and visionwaves a company that wasn't even incorperated the day the deal was signed.There has as of yesterday not been an 8k filed that states BANNIX involvment nor in the 10q ,, As well in the filing 10q i beleive it said avant ai deal for 26 mil shares had been granted to tokenize on april 3 2023 with a face value of 26,000 ????????? many typoes there ?also listed in 10k as not received so to many conflicting entries , I read them both although i might be mixing info between the 2 i can find if needed thats why i said read them atleast twice on yesterdays post.Will they ever play fair or will greed take them out ? either way they have avant technologies,Bannix,instant fame,instafame and who knows how many other corperations they hide the money in,,,, I shure hope in the future i am wrong about this stock as i have invested money and time but at the moment i feel the light at the end of the tunnell is very dim GLTA

I believe GTCH has life. Probably will not be as favorable to the SHs as we all would like but unless management intends to file lawsuits against companies infringing on their patents without due payment than REAL production in chip technology is likely. ANY would be beneficial to GTCH pps.

Patience has its limitations though - it should not surprise you that there will, if not already, soon be a better mousetrap being offered elsewhere in their specialty AI/Chip tech. NOW has to be soon. June? Damn financial and legal anchors!

Well y'all, I've read the 10q, and it most definitely looks like GTCH is not gonna make it in business, unless a miracle happens, I hate to say that, but it is what it is. JMO.
