LONDON--Oil and gas investor Highlands Natural Resources PLC (HNR.LN) Friday said it raised 765,000 pounds ($1.1 million) in a placing of 6.38 million at 12 pence each to fund trials it is undertaking as part of a partership with oil services group Schlumberger Ltd. (SLB).
