Eligible Chase Cardholders Can Experience Some
of Europe’s Finest Destinations with the Newest Chase Ultimate
Rewards® Point Transfer Travel Partner
Chase Card Services, a division of JPMorgan Chase & Co., and
Flying Blue, Air France-KLM group’s loyalty program, today
announced the addition of Flying Blue as the newest Chase Ultimate
Rewards® point transfer partner. The partnership allows eligible
Chase credit cardholders to redeem points for travel with 36 Flying
Blue airline partners, including Air France and KLM Royal Dutch
Airlines, reaching more than 1,000 destinations worldwide.
“We are pleased to bring our cardholders the superior value,
options and ease of Ultimate Rewards along with Flying Blue’s
expansive airline partner network to provide new redemption
opportunities for travel experiences throughout Europe and beyond,”
said Lorraine Chow Hansen, General Manager of Chase Ultimate
Rewards and Loyalty Solutions. “Through this partnership, points
are transferred at full value allowing cardholders to get the most
out of their rewards when redeeming for flights, upgrades and more
with Flying Blue.”
Eligible Chase credit cardholders, including Chase Sapphire
Preferred® and Ink Plus®, will now be able to transfer Ultimate
Rewards points to the Flying Blue loyalty program. Points are
transferred at full 1:1 value – meaning one Chase Ultimate Rewards
point is equal to one Flying Blue Award Mile. Points can be
transferred in increments of 1,000 and there are no limits to the
number of points cardholders can transfer to Flying Blue (subject
to the terms and conditions of Flying Blue).
“For the past ten years, Flying Blue has been one of the leaders
in airline loyalty programs in Europe. As we continue to innovate
and expand the program, we look to new strategic partnerships such
as with Chase,” said Eric Caron, Vice President and General
Manager, Air France-KLM USA. “We are excited to partner with Chase
Ultimate Rewards® to offer its members a seamless point transfer
experience with Flying Blue so they may enjoy Air France and KLM’s
latest onboard products, innovative customer experience, and many
other amenities and benefits.”
A premier rewards program for Chase cardholders, Ultimate
Rewards offers exceptional customer value, options and ease,
especially for those that seek travel redemption alternatives. In
addition to the point transfer benefit, points earned on eligible
cards are worth more when redeemed for flights, hotels, car rentals
and cruises on Chase Ultimate Rewards. For example, as few as
50,000 points can be transferred to Flying Blue and redeemed for a
round-trip Economy Class flight from the U.S. to many European
destinations (subject to terms and conditions of Flying Blue and
Ultimate Rewards). For more information on Ultimate Rewards and
