GE [NYSE: GE] announced today the appointment of two new Company officers. Effective June 20, 2016, GE has 190 officers globally who lead large revenue-generating businesses or are in critical technology or functional roles, helping to drive growth.

Neil Saunders, 46, has been promoted to vice president, Subsea Systems & Drilling, GE Oil & Gas. With a career spanning more than 25 years in upstream oil and gas, Neil joined GE in 2007 and has held multiple executive positions in GE Oil & Gas. Previously, Neil worked at Vetco Gray and ABB Offshore Systems in Aberdeen, UK. Neil earned a post-graduate degree from Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, UK and a master’s in business administration from Henley Management College.

Kishore Sundararajan, 55, has been promoted to chief technology officer & vice president, engineering, GE Oil & Gas. Kishore joined GE in 2014. Prior to GE, he was senior vice president, Global Unit Manager, Industry Solutions at ABB Inc. His career progressed through roles in software development, systems engineering, sales, P&L management and leadership. Kishore earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the India Institute of Science in Bangalore, India.
