Funny how Tom Nash spelled censor wrong... maybe Tom Nash (TOM611) is too focused on the next ground breaking sensor technology that will revolutionize the next 100 years.

Xalles made a mistake by acquiring a company that has a tangible product, a CashX kiosk!

Another reason they havent filed, which is the most plausible: Xalles Holding numbers are so fake that the heat got to them and they are fixing all the previous Financial Reports to fix the mess they got themselves into!

I can only wonder who on the board of directors of Xalles is going to speak the whole truth first. CashX was not their first mistake, but their last!

I want to start by saying thank you for your interest in the company. Being active on boards is normally a positive thing even when it involves debate and criticism.

Recently however, the messages have taken on a much more threatening tone and you have created arbitrary deadlines and constructively set up blackmail situations, “do X or else Y will happen”. Please be reminded that as a public company, we are regulated and have several key deadlines, reporting requirements as well as some individual operating company compliance items that all affect the timing and content of the messaging. I don’t have any problem with free speech (we did not sensor anything on Twitter/X by the way), and I don’t mind anyone second guessing our decisions or anyone who wants to play “armchair quarterback”. I do have a problem with random, arbitrary, and externally imposed deadlines and threats.

I cannot say more about content here and we will save that for future public disclosures.

There's only 3 possible scenarios why the Quarterly isn't posted the most likely is xalles has nothing new to continue the dumping so they be quite and dump . Number 2 they have something there waiting on unlikely or there incompetence the most likely.

I've reached out to the SEC to see if it legal for a public company to block a shareholder on social media. I was being very negative but first amendment rights are there for just this type of situation when fraudulent activity is abundant and the public needs to know.

I find it absolutely amazing that this company supposedly had EPS of .0018 last year and here we sit at .0007.

The Q1 report is not coming, nor will there be any "announcement". There is nothing left to lie about. No company worth anything wants to be associated with this clown who has accomplished absolutely zero since that acquisition of AIGrowthHub. Who even knows how they are doing? One would think we would see PR's on their progress, being the only company XALL has that has ever produced any revenue. We haven't heard a single word about them.

While Nash plays with his self shareholders watching share price plummet no matter what happens Nash is a clown that is out for himself and insiders remember authorized was 2 billion raised to 5 billion he still has 180 million to dump on us with news.

5% is the rate of accomplishments so it's is possible but that's not a very high percentage

Xalles shareholders can be almost guaranteed of disappointment but there that slight possibility. Maybe a 5% chance Nash has something

Sorry to hear that my friend but not surprised due to the cluster F**K all us longs have been thru with this scam. I plan on riding it out like HD to the end just to prove a point to myself because feel like a fool for falling for this. I actually pulled all my positions in the stock market except this one over 6 months ago and letting my other accounts get handled by the professionals as do not have the time to monitor it properly with work. Just making a good living working and definitely not working that hard.
