You're right not to put in a bid. Only the manipulators are making money at this point. There are very few shareholders in this company and the very few have the majority of shares. When (if ever?) this company becomes legitimate, this stock could fly to ridiculous heights.

And I am not putting in a bid until I see what company is going to actually do. But, I will be watching and monitoring.

I think everyone trying to weigh their next moves...lol. If one looks at the share structure right now, one can see that AS is about maxed out as seen with OS and Float and Restricted shares. As I personally see it, company's back against the wall. They have to decide what is going to be best for company. An R/S is very likely, rather than increasing the AS. If AS is raised, one can expect value current to be cut in half. Again, just my thoughts and analysis, based on my observations.

The company, I believe, has their backs up against the wall. I think that an R/S is more than likely. If they increase the AS, then the value will drop. Just my thoughts.

What I hope doesn't happen is a reverse split later on...or a Big dump again like you have been seeing in The last few weeks.... from 63 to 12... half a penny got lost really quick!!!

I like making money...l liked kgkg...but the new management is dragging their feet... burning time and money... I think management is making money on the shares that were sold high...

There are less than 100 shareholders trading this stock. Think about it. All those outstanding shares and there are less than 100. People are simply giving their money back and forth, or more likely the more giving to the few. The very few make money and they follow this board. I bet I number of usernames in the KGKG chat room are their second or third names playing the others.

This is the most bizarre company with its lack of success. They have one of the best products in their industry and yet fail over and over. The potential is insane and we can only hope that someone in the "new" management or potential future management sees the opportunity for running the company legitimately.

Have specific concerns about any, be clear.

As note numerous , numerous times, any review of my post history will show initial support during big run years back, followed by years of critical posts in following years.

I began posting positive posts, in new year w new mgt after , yes, diligence as possible. Including direct emails , calls and of course the public releases.

This remains a speculation, and of course Q's and revs have to materialize to support the companys pr's.

But i remain cautiously optimistic and feel the current massive selling may in fact be an opportunity.

Here we have the 12ssss again as a low of the early morning...we have a whole day ahead of us to see what happens at the end of the day....

The misplaced optimism, by the same posters for years, just smells wrong. Even as share price plummets we hear about this being a good spec stock. Even speculation needs to have some foundation in fact: QoQ increased revenue would be a good start.

IMO what we have here, is a company that is moving money around, in order to create the appearance of revenue, along with M&A and distribution deals with companies owned by the same crew that 'left the building'. I believe that new shareholders are being sucked down and played just like the old ones were, most likely with the intent of driving price up, so old crowd can break even. Classic Ponzi setup.

Be skeptical, be very skeptical and do your DD.

I believe they are putting something solid together. I think attacks on credibility and ethics is misplaced.

Lots to do, but looking now at a co with 10-12 mm revs eoy, with more possible.

Giving a valuation of 75% of 12mm (9mm) revs of these projections gives a rough .003 value.

The current sells are clearly a very large holder, likely a debt conversion/RC/early insider holder. Will pass in time.

a positive is these shares now will likely now be in constructive hands.

I am proud to be a part of the beginnings of a great company. KGKG isn't finished yet. They are improving their story I believe the good news will continue. I've been told KGKG is unlikely to be bought out by a large conglomerate because of the current revenue.

Somehow and somewhere I believe this is about to change. I see Publix and Whole foods has more hemp products on their shelves. I want to see Kona Gold Energy Drink with Hemp on the shelves of Publix and Whole foods. I believe they had to go back to the drawing board over the design of the cans because of my input directly to KGKG management team. See, their cans tout Kona Gold without emphasis on what is in the can.

When customers are looking for drinks, they are looking for a flavor first not Kona Gold which is not a flavor but a brand name. I tried to point this out to the Management team. I also pointed out not to use cursive lettering. The KGKG still has a good chance!!!
