Result of General Meeting
At the General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions were passed.
As a result, and as further described in the announcement of 13 February and circular of 28 February 2012, the Company has today issued GBP350,000 of Preference Shares and warrants to subscribe for GBP350,000 of shares in the Company at an exercise price of 0.16p per share.
