Director's Shareholding
FD (AIM: FDP.L, ESM: FDP.I), a leading provider of software and
consulting services, announces that on 14 July 2015 Virginia
Gambale, Non Executive Director, acquired 2,000 ordinary shares of
0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,435p
per share and 2,400 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1,445p per share.
Following these transactions, Ms. Gambale now has an interest in
4,400 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the Company's issued
share capital.
