Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
American Campus Communities, Inc. (NYSE:ACC), the largest owner, manager
and developer of high-quality student housing properties in the U.S.,
today released leasing results for the 2015-2016 academic year in
connection with the 2015 National Multifamily Housing Council (“NMHC”)
Student Housing Conference, which began on September 28, 2015. A copy
of such information is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
Such information is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 and shall not be
