Company, doing business as Ameren Missouri, a subsidiary of Ameren
Corporation (NYSE: AEE), announced today the pricing of a public
offering of $150 million aggregate
principal amount of 3.65% senior secured notes due 2045 at 99.501%
of their principal amount. The senior secured notes will be a
further issuance of Ameren Missouri's 3.65% senior secured notes
due 2045 issued on April 6, 2015 in
the aggregate principal amount of $250
million. The transaction is expected to close on
June 23, 2016.
Ameren Missouri intends to use the net proceeds of the offering
to repay outstanding short-term debt.
