Further re: Acquisition of Solcara Limited and director's dealing

As part of the acquisition of Solcara Limited, the terms of which were announced by the Company on 5 November 2008, the Company announces that Michael Jackson, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has transferred one million warrants for nil consideration to certain key Solcara personnel. The warrants are exercisable at 2.75p per ordinary shares and can be exercised immediately. The warrants do not have an expiry date.

Following the transfer of the warrants, Michael Jackson holds the following interests in the Company:
