Completion of Acquisition of FabTrol Systems Inc

AVEVA Group plc ('AVEVA' or the 'Group'; stock code: AVV), one of the world's leading providers of engineering design and information management solutions, announces that it has completed the acquisition of FabTrol Systems, Inc. ('FabTrol') from the Dowco Group of Companies.

FabTrol is a software business, headquartered in Eugene, Oregon with operations in North America and the United Kingdom, providing fabrication management software to the steel fabrication industry.
