I agree MULN is a stock selling scam to defraud retail shareholders with the help of GG and the SEC. They are all minions of the antichrist of Wallstreet aka KG.

Don't forget about his scumbag toxic lending budies (Esousa Holdings and Acuitas Capital) that one could probably make a pretty good argument that he hooked up, AND all the FREE shares he gave himself as 'Performance Bonuses' to then turn around and sell! He's setting up for the '2024 GET RICH QUICK' ride.
SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

MUFN, is a LOSER, LOSER, LOSER, LOSER, LOSER, LOSER, LOSER, LOSER STOCK. Anyone holding this POS is due for a huge loss beating. Just remember I told you. You dont want to get caught holding this POS bag of warms. Only shorts make money on this stock. No intelligent investor will hold this POS stock. Look at its past history for the past year or two, how the CEO did not even blink when he wiped out all of retail shareholders with his nefarious 3 RSs, one after another in the same 6 months.
FU Dave Misery.

Squeeze play? Lol. Not even close. The short interest is only 14% of the OS and the days to cover is less than 1. It is also not a threshold security.

There are no conditions whatsoever that suggest a “squeeze” is even remotely possible.

MULN is only moving up because of the post RS squeeze trend, not because of company fundamentals

This MFer is still free to steal more money from his shareholders. Who are fools buying all the MULN Con job. This company has not sold anything of significant value and they have yet to make enough money to pay their employees. All they do is sell their scam stock to pay their bills. Meaning you suckers are paying them to stay in business to continue to defraud you. If that is not a bunch of FRAUD I dont know what is.

You guys are still pumping this MULN POS stock and company. Its just a stock selling scam nothing more. Their product is yet to be introduced in all the auto dealers showrooms. Which is why its a POS company. Dealers know shit when they see it.

It doesn't look like RMA has sold any of the Mullen vans or trucks.

It looks like RMA will have to expand to accommodate all of the Mullen vehicles that aren't being sold.

The RS will never be in production. They may build a few more “concept prototypes”…but little more.

They simply don’t have the money.

May be difficult, but better believe he'll be going all in with his favorite toxic lending buddies to milk this cow in '24 before they meet the same fate as Arrival. Bollinger needs to find a way to get clear of these scumbags before $MULN drags it down with them. Lucid's high end luxury line is struggling and has been for years, and DM thinks the RS is going to do any better. I wonder what happened to all those pilot programs they ran the last 2 years that we never got a final report on, or resulted in actual bulk sales. What a joke!!!

Michery is going to have to raise $150-$200 million this year at the cash burn rate he is at. Nobody is buying the vehicles and he can only move so much of his inventory onto a Randy Marion lot to sit.

And the next $200 million is going to be A LOT more difficult and costly to raise than the first $200 million.

The chances of this thing imploding this calendar year are going up.

And another EV company files bankruptcy

“Arrival has been bleeding cash since 2021, and despite taking in $50 million in new money in 2023, it has run out of money before it sold a single vehicle.”

I just noticed all the financials are in the 8K…why did they not just file the 10Q?

Also, it appears they did not sell a SINGLE vehicle to an end user in Q1 thru Dec 31.

All Michery has been doing is channel stuffing the product.

More Michery obfuscation in the Press release financials.

"The Company expects to close on its $32 million loan in February 2024, increasing usable capital for vehicle production."

It is a actually a $50M loan plus interest that Mullen has to be repaid.

Plus, Mullen didn't generate any revenue for December 31, 2023. Because Mullen invoices RMA and doesn't get paid until a vehicle is sold.

Mullen should open a Buy Here - Pay Here car lot.

The Cash on Hand from September 30, 2023 was $155,267,098 and for December 31, 2023 it was $81,512,264.

That is a significant Cash Burn Rate in one Quarter.

It’s hilarious that he capitalizes “REDUCED” when what was reduced was simply the amount of derivative liability they booked.

The key numbers, which he won’t give now are:

- Gross Revenue (from income statement)
- Change in accounts receivable (from balance sheet)
- cash used on operations (from cashflow statement).

Not one vehicle has been sold from the RMA website. All 228 trucks are still listed.

https://randymarionev.worktrucksolutions.com/?page=3

It appears they are not even bothering to upload the recent batch of trucks they received. I’m sure somebody can post a picture of an offsite parking lot where the vehicles are being stored. Wonder how much RMA is charging Mullen for storage monthly?

As pointed out before, this is called consignment:

For the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2023, we delivered to a dealer 231 vehicles valued at $11.9 million. The Company has deferred the revenue and accounts receivable recognition on the $11.9 million invoiced until paid and the return provision on the vehicles are nullified by the dealer’s sale of vehicle to the end user.

During January 2024, we delivered an additional 130 (“UD1”) vehicles valued at $4.4 million. Revenue and accounts receivable were similarly deferred until paid and the dealer’s return provisions expire.

Through Jan. 31, 2024, the Company has deferred revenue and accounts receivable recognition, pending remaining payment due and return provision expiration, on 371 vehicles valued at $16.9 million

No one wants to pay for the company's vehicles:

Invoiced: $17.3M
Revenue: $366K

98% of the stuff didn't generate revenue

That’s even more than I thought

If you add up the market cap of all the startup what I’m saying it appears to me it doesn’t even add up to a billion that’s 1/44 your numbers I thought it was extravagant but for Musk he jumped on the deal when his stock was over &1000 a share and trading over 70 times earnings whereas Ford trades at 7 or 8 times earnings
