Thanks to a remarkable initiative, specifically developed for
the festive period, Aéroports de Paris (Paris:ADP) (OTC Pink:AEOPF)
is inviting all its customers to experience Paris as if they were
truly there. For almost two months, the main gateways to France
will be decorated in Christmas colours, Parisian style, to amaze
and delight our passengers.

Seven-metre high globesPeople arriving at the two Paris airports
this year will receive a very special welcome. We think the holiday
should begin as soon as possible! In addition, even before
passengers enter the airports terminals, their path will be
illuminated by giant glowing globes in silver, gold, and white,
measuring seven metres in height… as if they were strolling down a
Parisian avenue on a December evening. Situated at the entrances of
the two Paris airports, these transparent globes demonstrate
Aéroports de Paris' desire to extend a warm and genuine welcome to
the passengers, friends and family who use these entrances each
day.
All of the terminals at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly
airports are involved in this initiative. All passengers,
regardless of whether they are departing or arriving, from far-off
countries, French cities, or other European cities, will therefore
be able to appreciate this initiative and smaller globes.
Parades every weekend! From 19 December until 4 January, parades
involving a number of performers will take place each weekend to
surprise and amaze passengers at Paris-Charles de Gaulle and
Paris-Orly terminals.Wearing Eiffel Tower costumes measuring 3.2
metres in height, and accompanied by "Lady Champagne Bubble", these
performers will also parade around the public areas, the departure
lounge and the baggage reclaim areas. They will meet passengers,
distributing thousands of gifts and taking family photos.
Enhanced presence on social networksA human presence is an
essential and extremely important part of welcoming passengers to
the terminals. However, Aéroports de Paris must also maintain a
presence on social networking sites, to which an enormous number of
passengers and aviation enthusiasts are extremely active and
regular visitors.
24 days of gifts on Facebook and a trip to CanadaFrom 1
December, Aéroports de Paris will embark on a new initiative and
open the first box of a special Advent calendar on its Facebook
page. Every day, for 24 days, a prize will be awarded to a winner
selected at random. The principle is simple: scratch one box to
find out instantly if you have won! You can take part in the Advent
Game on the Aéroports de Paris Facebook page,
https://www.facebook.com/aeroportsdeparis or by visiting the
dedicated URL www.a-parisian-tale.com. The variety of the prizes
that winners will receive include, for example, opportunities to
visit the Musée d’Orsay, the Quai Branly museum or the Palace of
Versailles, attend a show at the Moulin Rouge, or, for the last
prize on 24 December, fly to Canada!
What's your Parisian wish for 2015?Another form of
communication, another social network, Twitter won't be left behind
with the operation #MyParisianwishis. From 1 January 2015, for 2
weeks, Aéroports de Paris will call upon the community of so-called
#avgeeks (aviation enthusiasts) and the many admirers of the city
of Paris. The principle: to display the best, most beautiful, most
original, quirkiest, most "Parisian" of wishes for Paris for 2015.
A selection of the best tweets will be displayed daily in the Paris
airports throughout the duration of the operation. Paris' city
council will also display the best messages on illuminated signs
and will invite Parisians to get involved in this Christmas
tale.
