announced that Greg Chamandy has
resigned his position from the Richmont Board of Directors (the
"Board") effective immediately and will not stand for re-election
at the Corporation's Annual General Meeting scheduled for
May 12, 2016.

and the Board over the past seven years. Under his stewardship, we
have put in place a strong management team that is creating
