TT Electronics plc, a global provider of engineered electronics
for performance critical applications, today announces that Anne
Thorburn will join the Board as a Non-executive Director and member
of the Audit and Nominations Committees with effect from 1 July
2019.
Anne is a Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit
Committee at Diploma and a Non-executive Director of BTG. Anne was
Chief Financial Officer of Exova from 2009 to 2015 and previously
Group Financial Director of British Polythene Industries. Anne is a
member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland.
Neil Carson, Chairman, said "I am delighted to welcome Anne to
the Board of TT Electronics. She has many years of experience at
Board level in listed international businesses, including those
operating in life sciences and medical markets, where TT has a
growing presence. Anne has particular expertise in financial
management, risk, audit and M&A and I am sure she will make a
valuable contribution to the ongoing transformation of TT."
