                               Directorate change



Mr Iain Cockburn, a non-executive director of the Company, is taking up a new
appointment with a quoted company at the beginning of October. The terms of the
proposed appointment of this new full-time role will require Mr Cockburn to
relinquish any other part-time business interests and therefore he will resign
as a director of the Company at the end of this month.


David Lee , Chairman, commented, " The Board gratefully acknowledges Iain's
significant contribution and support during the past 12 months and for his
pivotal role in defining and re-shaping the strategy for the Group and the
Streaming Division. We wish him well for the future."
