Result of Annual General Meeting
The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that at the
Annual General Meeting held today at the Radisson Blue Hotel,
Chicago Avenue, Manchester Airport, M30 3RA, all the proposed
resolutions were passed on a show of hands. The number of proxy
