                                Grant of Options



On 11 March 2008,  Mark Shashoua (CEO), Darra Comyn (Group Finance Director) and
Michael Sift (Managing Director) were granted a total of 1,850,000 options to
subscribe for ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company (the '
shares') at an exercise price of 25p, subject to performance conditions.



These options have been granted to replace options granted in January and
December 2006. The remuneration committee recommended that 1,725,000 options
granted in January and December 2006 be cancelled and new options awarded as the
options granted in 2006 would almost certainly have lapsed without exercise and
therefore no longer represented the incentive intended. These options are
granted from the executive share option scheme over ordinary shares held by the
Expomedia Employee Benefit Trust.

All options are exercisable from 2011. Conditions include a 25% compound growth
in total shareholders return over three years, for 75% of the options granted to
vest and over four years for 100% of the options granted to vest.  Overall
shareholder return must exceed the average for all AIM companies and is based on
the share price on 10 March 2008 of 72pence.



Additionally options granted to the above directors under the executive scheme
have been cancelled as follows:
