                    The John Lewis Partnership / "Greenbee"

Further to its announcement on 1 March 2007, Brightview plc can now reveal The
John Lewis Partnership as the name of the "well-known high street retailer"
referred to in that release.

The John Lewis Partnership is the party with whom Brightview has signed a
three-year exclusive deal to provide a range of broadband and telephony products
and services, which will be offered through JLP's new online Home Services
Division, "Greenbee" (www.greenbee.com).
