The Board of Allianz Dresdner Endowment Policy Trust 2010 PLC  announces that 
all of the resolutions considered at the Annual General Meeting held today were 
approved by shareholders. 
 
The Company is expected to post a circular to shareholders within the next seven 
days convening an extraordinary general meeting to be held at 10.30 a.m. on 1 
December 2010 at which a resolution will be proposed to wind up the Company.
