Whats a reasonable Market Cap for 4 million in revenue. No debt. 9-10 million next year. Patents and no reverse split. &dvm traded up too 21,000 million with less revenue or similiar. I feel anywhere between 9-24 million is a reasonable area and range for Sinc.
