                       Statement re temporary suspension



All Points North plc ("APNO" or the "Company") has today been requested by the
London Stock Exchange to suspend the ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital
of the Company from trading on AIM pending the publication of the Company's
interim report for the six months ended 30 September 2006.



The Company is in the process of finalising the interim report and the directors
are pleased to report that trading for the period has been in line with
expectations.



The directors expect that the Company's Interim accounts will be released on or
before 5 January 2007.
