In my experience, the lack of a court update is the indicator deals are being made. It is ideal if Lazar can avoid the court for such settlements. If those deals can be made, the next court filing would be to get them accepted by the judge and to reject all future claims someone may try to make.

Plus 500 million shares that the preferred shares can convert to.

So it’s basically valuing an empty shell at $25 million + non-preferred liabilities.

Those 500 million shares were issued in exchange for 10 thousand bucks. Now they’re worth $25 million?

i haven't followed the prior scam stuff very closely. i did see that lazar sent letters to spain (it was spain if i'm remembering properly....) to see if there are claims, and that along with the delay was enough for me to duck out for the time being. could be fine--i just didn't feel like digging in and buying all the court docs to try to figure it out

yes, i think this one may be complicated judging on how long it's taking. i sold my shares a few weeks ago and am watching the court to rebuy if there's a positive update.

more often than not, it means there are claims and Lazar is dealing with them. If he can't get the court to vacate them he has to cut deals.

just looked the case up. still no word after the 04/06/2022 Affidavit of Publication.

Did he file in court to be relieved? If he is a court appointed custodian, he can't abandon it without permission from the court.

He’s basically abandoned this shell. Too much baggage and the market conditions aren’t great to go the extra mile for a merger.

i was wondering this myself. i haven't checked the clark county site today, but updates seem way overdue. the only doc i've bought so far was the proof of claims, and that was sent directly to four addresses of potential creditors, including three in spain.

Depends on what the court says. Cleaning tickers of debt is the half the point of court hearings. Haven't followed this one close enough to know what stage they are at.

Lazar is having difficulty with this ticker. A lot of foreign fraud in its history.

Does anyone have a clue why the Affidavit of Publication take more than 60 days for ZENO? Affidavit of Publication was on April 6th, should see some updates around June 6th but nothing.
