Ucore Rare Metals (QX) Description
| Ucore Rare Metals Inc. ("Ucore" or the "Company") is a corporation domiciled in Canada. The address of the Company's head office is 210 Waterfront Drive, Suite 106, Halifax N.S., B4A 0H3. The Company is engaged in the exploration for and separation of rare earth elements within Canada and the United States. The Company is in the process of exploring its resource properties and has not yet determined whether these properties contain ore reserves that are economically recoverable. To date, the Company has not earned significant revenues and is considered to be a development stage enterprise. On May 8, 2020, the Company acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Innovation Metals Corp. ("IMC"), the developer of its proprietary RapidSXTM process for the low-cost separation and purification of rare earth elements ("REE"), nickel ("Ni"), cobalt ("Co"), lithium ("Li") and other technology metals, via an accelerated form of solvent extraction. IMC is commercializing this approach for a number of metals, to help enable mining and metal-recycling companies to compete in today's global marketplace. |
