Are they then burning those shares, absorbing them, who knows but if their not part of the float anymore then PPS should rise.

I’m eager to understand the reasoning behind the R/S - F/S and even more so to find out what happens to my funds, LOL!

Maybe we get an an official PR. In their last fillings they were selling up to 8Mil of their securities, must need the funds for something interesting.

I guess we’ll all find out on the 23rd.

Only those with less then 10k shares are getting bought out for 10c.
Those who have more we take part in the Reverse and Forward split.

So if i have 30,000 shares after the R/S I’ll have 3 Shares and then F/S to 3000 Shares.

The monetary math on this one eludes me as I’m sure it has to take current stock value into consideration and possibly the valuation of a new company entering this one?

If not the only thing I see happening is the current stock value going up x10 and our shares coconut down by the same amount.

Hopefully someone here can clarify.

suppose someone has 300,000 shares what happens?

Are they all getting bought for 10 cents?

Is this company no longer going to trade next week?

Are they delisting and going private?

I don't see how the one thing has to do with the other one. There is the buyout at 10 cents presplit. What I was saying is that when your stock is at 09 and you do a 1-10k RS and immediately do a FS of 1.1000 it will end up at 009. The price of the stock. Now that has nothing to do with the 10 cents buyout presplit. Not saying anything against that.

Please explain your math... the share value cannot become 009 when their buying out anyone with less the 10k shares at 10c a share.

I have held this stock for many years and now I look and it's trading up on high volume. Can some explain to me why it's up today?

Adjusted PPS is .35 with forward split factored in, that's where this should go right now.

Like Cramer was saying the other night. There are a lot of company stocks worth more than what most people might think and I believe this one is one of those worth more.
